Victor Osimhen | Galatasaray

New Napoli coach Rudi Garcia doing weird things that can't be good for the dressing room - subbing off both Victor & Kvicha when they are chasing a goal and both seemingly annoyed by the manager already - not good.
He'll be gone by December. Garcia has a history of doing this to the dressing rooms he oversees. He has zero man management skills and the coaching skills are not good enough to behave the way he does with players.

Not weird at all. Both of them had really bad games, and being subbed in the final minutes to try to make an impact is completely normal and something most teams do.

Annoyed by the manager when they're having bad games just gives them a bad look, not the manager.
Atm. everyone seems puzzled about his in-game management, even if they weren't up to their best, he didn't manage to communicate his plan to the team at all and it seemingly has hurt the dressing room.

What a weird thing to do to your star player. Is it a rogue social media admin? Or Napoli approved which would be horrendous

The penalty miss meme is a thing som football TikTok admins do. Russian teams do it often and sides like Spartak Moscow have a weird tiktok following due to posts like that

How does this even happen in Napoli's office?

"Bit bored today. No game on."
"Maybe we should call our star striker an asexual coconut on Tiktok?"
"Yeah sure, sounds good."

Maybe Napoli's account got hacked? I mean, that community manager is fired either way.

Seems a bit overblown by Osimhen, perhaps intentionally to make a move easier later down the line, but what a remarkably stupid thing for the TikTok Admin to do

"Manchester United are delighted to announce that they have recruited Napoli's social media team"

"They can do things other social media teams would never dream of" said Richard Arnold CEO. "We very much look forward to increased engagement with our fans and employees"

What the feck?

It's such weirdly unfunny shite as well. Who in their right mind would post something like that let alone about one of their players.

What's overblown about his reaction?

We have to keep in mind it's aimed at the average tictoc user.

The Paralympics TikTok account is one of the funniest I know, because it has good humored fun with/on the athletes expense.

Having that in mind, this as admin was either trying to create a vital video, or he became a Redcafe'esque poster with admin powers to make a video about a player he hates and this is the result.

Either way, the fallout is remarkable and I cant imagine this person is either still hired or sleeping very well knowing the consequences this is having

One of three possible things:
1) their social media for hacked
2) Napoli are skint and need money
3) Garcia doesn’t like him which is just plain stupid.
