Hopefully he's a bit of a chest infection or bruised ribs or something and not heart problems. Might want to get him a Covid test as well if we don't already know what's wrong with him...

For some reason I think it might be palpitations, that could lead to breathing problems as well.
Saw a tweet where Rangnick apparently said his heart rate was faster than normal for ten minutes.
