I'm not sure whether to watch BBC1 or MUTV, but its Motson doing the commentary on 1 so I'll go with them I think. He'll show me up however. :o

Becks heads forward, offside, but Scholes tries the shot anyway which the keeper saves at full stretch. Seems keen.
 
Veron overhits a ball through, keeper takes. One of their forwards almost got to a ball back to Carroll.

On the counter, they clear on the left for a throw in. We bog it up, their throw in, but we get possesion straight back.
 
One of them just made a meal of their injury to much booing.

A through ball deflected off of their defender, Ruud charged on to it and slotted it right near the keepers legs into the bottom of the net.

I know, but you couldn't see that well until the replay, and I was misled by Trevor Brooking. The cnut. ;) Ruud crosses, Scholes tries to volley it but was knocked a bit by their defender.

On the replay it looked like a lovely first time pass by Scholes, like his one against Chelsea.

They take a shot from distance, and not that far off, but Carroll had it covered.

What a fecking reverse pass by Scholes to put Ruud through. Shame it didn't come to anything. Scholes looks on form. He's a class apart when he is.
