I would think a United forum is for fans that like to talk about United, the matches, the players, the tactics, the transfers, the club, the history etc. Seems obvious to me.

Nice one!!! What a goal, what a celebration, what a player! I reckon he's going to score loads of spectacular goals - it seemed that a lot of his Independiente goals were too.

Let`s hope that Forlan can keep up the good work for his own sake. Because he realy needed theese two goals. they had alot of chances with no one around tho...need to work on that for sure

Have to wonder if Giggs knee was maybe bothering him more than he is letting on too. He just did not seem to be attacking the ball the way he normally does and challenging players. Of course the pitch was a mess in that rain too so maybe playing conservatively was the best way to go.
 
Why is it when a player doesn't perform there's always someone to wonder if he's injured? If Giggs was injured surely he wouldn't have started as we had Ole and Forlan around.

Same goes for Beckham. Just like two months ago, he's just playing badly, it's not because of any injury.

Tend to agree with that.

T'other half just phoned and said Giggsy was awful today. It wouldn't hurt to play Forlan instead of Giggs for a couple of games - might inspire Ryan.

Uh lets see? Because he admitted he injured his knee and that is why he sat out the Villa match and his knee was wrapped for the match against Southampton? Sounds like it wasn't just that he was not performing. Maybe he should have sat it out, because as you said Ole and Forlan were available, but he didn't because he is a competitor.
