UAP - Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon

So I read a thread on r/UFOs and now get loads of these threads on my feed. Which has got me reading a bit more about it, and I even watched the recent Netflix documentary.

I'm at the stage now where I think there's definitely something going on (whether that is extra terrestrial or some classified technology). There seems to be more and more of these videos appearing every day, congress are discussing it etc.

New things, which I didn't realise were 'things' to begin with in terms of UFOs/UAPs, is that they now believe that these 'objects' are coming out of oceans. There's military videos of it. But there seems to be a few videos of these UAPs now which all seem to resemble each other in terms of appearance. They tie in with the Netflix documentary where molten slag was recovered at supposed sites. These are just a few videos that have popped up recently that have me intrigued...

The long beach footage is up there as one of the best captures. What sets it apart from the other two is its fast movement through the clouds at the end, ruling out the possibility of it being a flare.

I feel like mankind has enough known and lesser known technology at its disposal to make people believe there is something extra terrestrial going on. Without being able to go into detail I am aware of some military and intelligence equipment that to this day is not common knowledge exists. Is it so wild that it goes beyond the norms of human ability to understand? No. But i do believe there is enough out there most of us would be shocked is even possible at the moment.

When you rationalize enough though very few things out there cannot be explained in some ways. It's more the mystery surrounding some things I think that gets people's imaginations running wild. If you have done all that reading and watching for instance - I assume you are aware of something like Project Aurora. Though the government never officially acknowledged it exists, there have been plenty of people claiming they have seen evidence of it. Some have run with it to think it was proof of alien technology. However, nothing about what people think it is - really defy logic. As we see with elections, people are easily sold on things that they wish to believe are true.

Especially things operating at altitude and great speed are easy to confuse for other things. Look at the TWA 800 accident as an example of that too. This wasn't a mysterious spacecraft but still the wildest conspiracies made their rounds about the plane having been shot down bc of the difference in human perception and simple science between speed of light and sound.

Admittedly, some conspiracy theories are fascinating in that they don't go as far as to be implausible. And that's I think the grey area in which a lot of this UFO/UAP narrative operates. Are there possible explanations for the majority of them that just can be explained in some way? Sure. But it's also easy to argue something else is going on and without the ability to legitimately prove which it is - imaginations continue to run wild.

Having said all that - I'm ready for our future extraterrestrial overlords.

What no one seems to be able to explain or even ask is- Why the fk does an advanced race manage to break the laws of physics. Or create wormholes or whatever the have done to travel light years to get here and then.....crash in the desert. Why? How fkn stupid are they?

If they are that advanced they would have the technology to easily watch us without us knowing. They wouldn't crash. Did they run out of fuel? And they don't even go recover thier aliens friends and just let thier bodies be examined by a bunch of monkey's?

If there are alien's they will have drones or robots or tech that remotely view is from miles away. Even light years away. And if they send someone they would send robots or an AI space ship and if the monkey's did see them they should be able to scramble our tech so we can't record them.

They just seem stupid as fk if they do exist. Or they just don't care. In which case just land and go for a stroll.
Thank you for your comment.. i am starting to repeat myself in this thread but the alien conspiracy theory is as stupid as the flat earth theory but is more believable and more ''pretty'' in the eyes of the common folk..

Is that the one where the police helicopter is chasing it? You’d like to think if it was military then they’d know about it, if it’s something as simple as a drone? I think I read that these things are giving off heat on the camera they’re filmed on.

Hollow Earth confirmed?

It all makes sense now!

I’ve always been open minded, but tend to look at most things as hoax or explainable. The things said in Congress and since then have made me take notice a bit more. But for now it’s just something that’s a bit of fun to discuss.

Aye, picked up on infrared. An interesting detail is it was filmed near midnight on Christmas Day, I would’ve thought military personal would at home rather than messing about in unconventional fashion over long beach but you never know.

I watched the documentary. They believe what they want to believe; they did half an episode about hurricanes in some Mexican city on the Gulf and when they had a scientific explanation from an actual meteorologist, their unqualified response was skepticism.

I don’t remember that part, though I did fall asleep during some of the episodes.

Billions of stars, millions of galaxies and yet some folk still believe that we on earth are the only ones in that big space. How arrogant or stupid are we? Just because science cannot yet give us answers (or are censored) doesn’t mean that everything is impossible

I’ve been following this for a few years now one way or another it feels like something big is about to happen. I’d love it to be real and my gut is telling me the government is hiding real evidence.

I loved the 4chan leak a while back about the underwater construction vehicle and since then there’s been a lot of talk about ufo’s entering waters and such

I think most people probably acknowledge there are other life forces in the universe, just they ain’t here with us. At least that’s my take until there’s actually evidence.

Any ET would have to have a grasp on physics far greater than our current understanding. I have absolutely no doubts whatsoever there is more life than us in the galaxy, never mind the universe. I'm even reasonably confident we are not the only life in our solar system; I think we are very close to discovering life on the icy moons, and maybe even underground on Mars. Do I think that life is incognito visiting Earth? I find it unlikely. Amateur astronomers can see comets and meteorites hitting Jupiter, eventually someone would have irrefutable evidence of ET visits if it were happening.

If we look around the world there are many examples of ancient civilisations drawing UFOs and weird beings. There’s something out there. I wish the governments would release their books to all

And people always forget the time factor too.

Is there life out there? Of course. Have they visited us and somehow we've got blurry images of them? Astronomically small chance.

Is there a form of life, somewhere else? Probably. Is it in a form that somehow manages to circumvent the laws of physics and spends its time zipping around deserts, looking suspiciously like drones or military equipment? Let’s just say I think that requires more of a leap of faith than I’m willing to make.

Yeah the time factor is a major consideration. Different civilisations in the Universe need to be existing on similar timescales for contact to happen. We havent existed for that long (modern humans), in fact in the Universe time scale its an incredibly short length of time.

Thank you. Are there other life forces in the universe? PROBABLY YES. Are they visiting us or visited us in the past?! HELL NO..

I figure that if another life form is intelligent to travel this far they are probably intelligent enough to make sure they go undetected.

Exactly. I'd say it'd be more deluded to think there's no chance of life elsewhere in the universe, rather than we've been visited etc

The premise of '65' sort of alluded to this. An advanced humanoid-like species traversing space and crash-landed on Earth... 65 million years ago. So, imagine an alien species that managed intergalactic travel and whipped past some planet with no signs of intelligent life. Or did notice animal and plant life - but not humans - on our planet and already knew life existed throughout. Or maybe they seeded our planet millions of years ago.

That is what I think as well.
Whether there is other so called intelligent species elsewhere in our universe is to a degree irrelevant.

The only ones who could be relevant to us would be those within a reasonable distance from us.
The laws of physics are universal meaning that the speed they would most likely be able to reach would be a small fraction of the SoL.

your “come and probe me if you think you’re hard enough” posts are getting more and more transparent.

Granted, but that doesn't mean there's a lifeform advanced enough for space travel, that somehow found us in the vast depths of space and then decided we were worth spying on, let alone one, as unlikely as all of that is, that has also been stupid enough caught on film by randoms.

I believe that half of what we see is crafts that the governments have built themselves. However I do believe that we have been visited

Yeah fair enough, I just think it's very unlikely. I'm not sure space travel across light-years is even possible. If it was possible, it would be like a needle in a haystack to find another intelligent form of life.

I fully believe that there is other life of some description out there, as there are an unfathomable amount of planets and solar systems so if it could happen here, then surely it could have happened somewhere else in an infinite Universe.

They probably turned up during the dinosaurs and decided it was best to hurl an asteroid at us.

It's far more likely we've been visited several times by several different civilisations all of which have since become extinct than aliens currently watching us.

Travelling light years across the galaxy would be impossible, unless they were a species that live far longer than we could ever imagine, unlikely.

Most likely answer would be their ability too control gravity, if you control gravity you can basically do anything, bend space and time how you want.

Which leads me to Nuclear Weapons, nuclear weapons distort, distrupt and heavily affect the fabrics of space time. It is widely believed too be a theory in why they crash, if they are using anti gravity technology then a disruption/distortion too the fabric of space could be a reason why they crash, could also explain why they have a huge interest in our Nuclear sites world wide. It’s not the only reason as there have been crashes before the invention of the nuclear bomb.

Too white wash the hole topic as a load of nonsense in this day and age with the information that is out there too me is quite astonishing. I’m not saying being sceptical of the topic is stupid, but too say there’s nothing going on is about as outrageous as it gets.

Force=Mass x Acceleration.
The most important being Mass.
As far as we know, the only thing that can travel at the SoL are photons which are mass less.
As soon as the mass increases, even by a minute amount, the chance of moving at the SoL is greatly reduced to insignificant.

The UAP people claim to have seen or photographed are clearly not mass less.
So either the Force required becomes incredibly high or the acceleration becomes incredibly slow.

So logically, why would another species travel many light years to our planet taking a huge amount of time just to fly around the sky and presumably bugger off back to where they came from again taking a huge amount of time.

When we send satellites to other places, there is a defined purpose.

Researching the evolution of complex life on an exoplanet would be pretty interesting.

The point being, we aren't all that complex though.

This alien race would have seen far more than what we can offer, surely.
We could be one of the most complex on this side of the galaxy, it’s impossible to say.

We’ve all seen ants in their habitat, but that doesn’t stop the BBC rolling the camera when they’re collectively riping apart an intruder.

Plus researching evolution on exoplanets could uncover universal principles regarding life.

Yeah that’s why zoologists have only ever bothered to study Chimpanzees and have ignored all other species.

These replies are based off of what we know in our tiny little sphere. Do you honestly think a lifeform capable of the kind of feat well beyond our capabilities can't study their own "ants" and "chimpanzees"? You think somehow we are much more remarkable than the billions of other species they have already studied?

Sure we could be super complex, we could be the most interesting life in the whole universe...but that seems very unlikely considering what you guys want to be the truth, no?

I particularly like how you present your pure speculation as absolute fact.

Have you considered that if there is definitely one advanced civilisation out there, then probability states there will likely be billions. It then becomes possible that one of those might show an interest in us.
