This is a good game for us, regardless of the result. I watch this team steamroller other sides all the time and wonder how much benefit they get from it.

That's because we give young players opportunities. Not because we've 'brought out the big guns'.
Doesn't mean they can't play at youth level as well. 4 of those mentioned are still 21 or under so don't really see the problem.

Valdes have played plenty, but not for United obviously. But does it matter wich club he played for? Blackett have played plenty of games, injury crisis or not.
