U21s Semi-finals: Liverpool vs United @ Anfield

Not a booking.

Oh c'mon ref! Lawrence got the ball.. Silly to give a yellow there. If anything that was an inch perfect tackle..

Lawrence gets a yellow for an astoundingly good tackle.

At least Michael Oliver has found his level.

He's been pretty inconsistent with how much contact is a foul so far, has the ref. It was only a matter of time before he did something completely stupid.

I'm forced to watch the game on Liverpool TV, good thing they couldn't afford commentators.

When do you think Ben Pearson will get a Red card? He is a bit like Rafael, liability when things don't go his way.

Stupid comment to make.

Knew that Flanagan looked a bit inbred, but according to Michael Owen the Liverpool captain has a "Right Hand Foot" :nervous:

The first game against Liverpool was much different, but then it was on a much smaller pitch. We've set out to play solid defense and considering how the last match went I'd say it was the right choice.

We really should be up 1-0, but I like our chances still.

It is not great.

I will hold you to that when we are 1-0 down in the 80th min and everything is going against his way.

With experience and time, hopefully he will change. Rafael, as I have mentioned before, has similar problems.

How many times has he been sent off this season?

I can only remember one and I think it was in youth champions league. You're talking about him as if he regularly gets a red card.

We've not looked great tbh :(
We've been the better side IMO. Liverpool have done nothing with the possession and we've attacked with speed and have had the best chances.

I think Owen even bored himself there talking about the loan system.
