I agree youth should be flexible and learn more systems in their youth education, but the u21s is the final step to the first team and should give them some insight and routine of what is expected of them in the first team.Disagree. These players need to be tactically flexible and able to play in not just one very specific system. Stuff like this is why a lot of people say football is becoming 'robotic'.
Youngsters at this level need to be able to problem solve themselves and not just have a pre-planned routine of what to do once they get the ball.

Don’t watch enough of the u21’s but some great goals from Ennis there. How far off first team is he?
Ennis has now provided 6 goals & 3 assists in 5 games against senior opposition this season. Definitely one who will be looking at a loan in January.
