I remember last year he had supposedly offered to do a number of things to help try and push the move through which made it all the worse when it didn't happen in the end.

There's a lot of misused words in football but when you see scum bags like Suarez and other money grabbing mercenaries it's very refreshing to see a story like the one I've posted in this thread, what a legend.
True that. Whatever I have heard about Ander so far suggests that he is a genuinely likeable bloke. Really hope he does well for us.
The most encouraging thing about the Herrera move is that LVG reportedly fast tracked the deal. To me this means Ander not has played brilliantly the last few seasons but LVG has taken notice and believes he can be part of the new United midfield. Very excited, he should be playing within a month in pre season!!
Already sounds like a top guy and I've heard people talk very positively about him (says he just loves the game etc). I can't wait to see him play for us now.
My suspicion is that he is referring to a conclusion to Shaw deal.
