So PSG want both Pogba and Di Maria? That isn't going to happen
Who's holding their breath over a kit deal?
I never said that they will never happen, I just think that it's too soon to act like we signed them already, that's all. And please stop comparing this to RVP and Mata.
If you hold your breath too long you will die, so dont hold your breath.Who's holding their breath over a kit deal?
I heard that was just a rumour. If you hold your breath too long you will die, so dont hold your breath.

They make it sound so dramatic, when it's basically "Nike won't be involved with United anymore, another company will take over".
IIIThe creepy ones, who have some sort of weird fetish over Adidas's three stripes and end their posts with![]()
Just hope Nike don't go down the 'we supply the biggest team in Manchester' route after the new deal is announced. That would be petty.
Who are our other adidas players besides Mata?
Yeah, and I never said anyone said it.I don't see that any body is saying they're already signed.
And Mata and RVP were both top players who many doubted we would be able to sign. They're examples of players who other clubs around Europe and in the PL would have likely been interested in. They were deals lots if people scoffed at, yet they happened.
It is difficult to sign top players - that goes without saying, but it isn't impossible so I personally see no issue with people discussing it on an Internet forum.
I love the way everyone thinks that they know best. IF he's got a role, it should be as the club manager sees fitIf Phil Neville wants a job at united he should coach one of the teams below the first team, and even then I'd say he's got to earn that job not have it given to him on a silver plate.
Don't be daft. We should have a poll here and decide what job he gets. Can you organise it?I love the way everyone thinks that they know best. IF he's got a role, it should be as the club manager sees fit
I guess that's why it's taking us too long to "prepare the bid" Juve are probably asking for a huge sum which we are not willing to match.

But he's worth £120millions!!!!!????If true, £56m is fare. talks of £70-80m always annoyed me.

So much for the £80m the dippers kept banging on about...
As the British media finally cottoned to Juventus interest in Patrice Evra, in Italy they were moving on to what happens after he arrives. They love big stars arriving in Serie A from the Premier League and the media in Italy certainly believe Evra falls into that category, so they've convinced themselves it's happening very soon.
On Wednesday Gazzetta dello Sport continued their claims that a deal is imminent after saying on Tuesday that a transfer was unlikely within 24 hours (they were right) but could be done by the end of the week (we'll have to wait and see about that). Gazzetta say the deal could be done today and if not in the remaining few hours of Wednesday then they expect it could be done tomorrow.
Manchester United had been holding out for €5m and Juventus wanted to pay €2m, that's now come down to Manchester United wanting €3m and Juventus wanting to pay €2m, the Italian side seem to be winning the negotiations on this one!
On to Arturo Vidal. The wonderfully named Fernando Felicevich has had a busy few days, he represents both Alexis Sanchez and Arturo Vidal and, if reports in the UK, Spain and Italy are to believed, he's been flying between the countries almost non-stop over the last few days. He's due back in Italy today, say Gazzetta, to discuss Vidal to Manchester United. A date will be set for the two clubs to have direct talks on the matter.
It's explained that the potential deal depends on whether Manchester United will pay enough. If they do then Gazzetta are pretty sure that Vidal will be all theirs, there's no mention of competition from anyone else and it sounds clear that Juventus aren't as against a deal as many of their fans hoped they were.
The question is 'How much is enough?' and Gazzetta have dodged that after mentioning a roller-coaster of fees over the last week or so. Sticking a pin the middle it would appear that around €40m should do it.
Why do Arsenal persist on Remy? He's been awful in his time in England, and with Sanchez most likely joining them they dont need yet another striker.
