Best thing about that article, it's written by Ducker. Must be accurate.

Also worth giving that ESPN guy who first reported it some "kudos", can anyone remember who it was?

I would take Sanchez over Mata every day of the week. Ok, Sanchez is not proven in the PL but he is a great player, can beat his man and has great pace.

Agree, Mata is a differnt player of course. Was a luxury signing for me in a position well stacked, when we signed him Im surprised it wasnt to replace someone not add to the area. Sanchez would have been ideal for us last year, what LVG has planned tactiacally this year we dotn yet know though. I have no doubt at all Sanchez will be a massive massive player in the premiership for Arsenal though.

Was is that Alex fella?

Didn't Mike McKeegan off the BBC also say on Friday that if he was a betting man he'd say Adidas?

Weird one if the fee is close to what has been rumoured, sell Sanchez and buy Cuadardro for similar price, same age and though he looks pretty exciting he isnt on the same level as Sanchez.

They want him as Alves replacement at RWB/RB apparently. And he can play number of roles so pretty versatile.

Yes points to Mike Keegan too. He also broke the report/statement from Nike. (Despite saying yesterday Nike hadn't pulled out).

I'll have to try find which ESPN guy it was.

Seriously, the cash Woody is rolling into this club, he's going to sign Vidal, Di Maria, Hummels and any two out of Messi and Ronaldo stroll out with them into the press conference like they his wimmins.

They're still a top-class striker short of a title-challenging team. Sanchez is a great addition but their main problem isn't solved.

Remy, Giroud with Podolski, Walcott and Sanchez capable of playing through the middle. I don't see a 30 goal player.

Remy, Schneiderlin, Sanchez and Debuchy and I can see them challenging really hard for the title next year. The core of Özil, Sanchez, Ramsey is great and their depth problems would be gone IMO.
