It's the out of the blue signing that cause problems (i.e. Vidal on deadline day, just wait), loads of people coming onto the site at once. This has been bubbling away for a few days.

Yeah, either way he's either covering his ass or he was covering United's while we couldn't get deals going when he said that he needed time to look over squad.

Yeah but that was clearly bull, he knew what he wanted but people like Hummels, Muller, Vermaelen (for other reasons) etc just weren't realistic this season, which meant we had to look again hence the slowness, Di Maria I'm sure couldn't have been signed earlier than this either, reckon Madrid were wanting to wait as long as possible to get the best possible price for him , plus Di Maria maybe wanted to wait until he was 100 % sure Madrid were not going to offer better wage for him.
You just hope we get a DM in because this is the key player we need, if we do and can sort the injuries out then I'm sure we'll be fantastic.
The only thing we can be thankful for is, with the exception of Herrera (for 60min) none of our new signings have played a minute for us yet.
