Don't knock Malaga. They have a lot of money, probably only behind Barca and RM in La Liga. I think they might challenge for a CL spot next season. Especially as Seville, AM and Valencia look like they will be losing players.

Err, IF that is true, how can Real be so sure they'd get Aguero?
They usually get their man though. They have probably already "tapped" him up, they just have to meet the buyout clause that only applies to Spanish clubs, it's around 45 million Euro I think which Real can afford especially if they sell Higuain.
Not sure who mentioned it in the press, but I think the buyout clause isn't Spanish only. There is a law in Spain that means clauses must be included and I'm not sure even then that Real can force Atletico to sell. As they can make the buying club, pay the tax due on Aguero's contract on top of the sell on fee which Aguero has ask them to not issue. So the fee would be closer to 65m euro after paying the tax.
The same guy also said Villas-Boas will be unveiled as Chelsea manager in the next 48 hours and that a deal for Neymar was nearly done.
