One thing seems true from what the Udinese chairman said, Barca are going to have to offer more money.

garbosj #FCP gave permission for #CFC to speak to AVB on Saturday. AVB met Abramovich. AVB insisted he wont sign until agreement between clubs.
 
You've got to wonder how these transfer idiots on twitter write their crap. Do they plan it out over a day or just wing it and make up stuff as they go?

To be honest when I was down in the newbie's we had a plan to start a rumour on Twitter, something insane like Gibson to Liverpool to see if any of you up here would pick up on it, never materialised though.
 
Ages ago I used to read a 'transfer speculation' page on an old Orange WAP page before smart phones gave us proper Internet on our phones. You'd get gimps on there posting all sorts of nonsense and backing it up with guff like their next door neighbour went to school with a guy who once had a pint with SAF's dog walkers third cousin or something. Now all those idiots use twitter and call themselves 'itk', and yet seemingly some people must believe them, why?!

Twitter is as good as the people you chose to follow, it's no wonder it gets a bad rep with some of the utter shite posted in this thread (and others).
 
Liverpool would probably be prepared to pay at least 40 million for Gibson.

Or maybe the rest of the newbs eventually did it but as you're up now, you're not aware of it.

Who knows, one of the most insane bullshits flying around could have been fabricated in the bowels of the Caf.
