would of been more reliable if it was Norma the tea lady:

'just been shaving my grey pubes into rooney's steak because i caught him sniffing my knickers in the laundry room- when i looked up and saw two black range rovers both containing Van Persie- dont forgot to text this to your friends so they can put it on twitter'.

If Phil says its on, ITS ONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN

Solius, can I have RVP's number? I want to txt him an mms with my cock out to express my current state of excitement during his impending transfer.

Interesting to see Cross starting to do Arsenal's PR:

And so we move towards an outcome in RvP saga... As soon as #mufc go above £20m it's a deal which must be done IMO. Sorry, but that's life.

Don't blame #afc, blame RvP. That patronising arrogant statement would only be bettered by his captain's programme notes. Sad, but move on.

The Independent:
Vincent Kompany has described Arsenal striker Robin van Persie as a "great player" and believes he would improve Manchester City, or any other squad.

Quite reasonable that he could nip up to Manchester to sign for us then meet up with the Dutch squad.

fingers crossed. Apparently, Alonso has been selling it to him.

Meanwhile Ronaldo is strutting around Madrid talking about wanting justice in this year's Ballon d'Or

Seriously though if Sahin has rejected Spurs as part of the Modric deal due to the Champions League element as some seem to think, then I'd surprised if Liverpool were an option for him. That said I could see the argument for a loan move there :nervous:

Does seem now that Manchester United will succeed in their battle to land Robin Van Persie from Arsenal. Much-needed addition to Old Trafford ranks, too, as I still feel Manchester City have greater depth and quality in their squad, plus the extra confidence of coming into the new campaign as champions. Arsenal are stronger with the additions of Giroud, Cazorla and Podolski but the big issue is whether they can fill the goalscoring void that RVP will leave behind. Still look at Chelsea and see a high-stakes gamble in the very attacking approach they are likely to adopt. Wonder if they will lack width up top and do feel they might be vulnerable against counter-attacks. Tottenham clearly need to get in some strikers, quickly, while Liverpool under Brendan Rodgers have made positive strides. Still feel top four will be just beyond them this season.
