Yeah I rewound the stream right to the beginning and it begins with him mid sentence so doesn't look like it's actually from the beginning. Is he just reading his prepared statement at that mark? I've already read that so that's cool if so. It rewinds back 4 hours.

I’d start from the beginning so you don’t miss the embarrassing spectacle of the Repubs trying to shut it down. Delivery of his speech is good and worth watching. After the first hour it gets tiring and tedious from the Repubs, particularly JJ and pink face.

Ok I didn't realize it didn't go all the way back. You haven't missed anything at that point though, it started about 15min before Cohen reading his statement but all that happened were the rep's whining about how the hearing should be postponed and various pre-school antics.

Yeah that's what I'm asking, the stream I was linked to doesn't start from the beginning so I'm not able to. Unless it's just 20 minutes into his prepared speech, in which case it'd be fine.

Settle down! Absolutely no harm having a huge crush on her, she’s exactly the sort of woman more people should idolise. There’s a million more beautiful women out there, she’s obviously still a good looking lady but her main appeal is on an intellectual and personality level.

I apologise I’m not into the 50+ range congressmen/women.

The fact she can do her job so well far outweighs her aesthetic appeal.
 
DC’s attorney general subpoenas Trump inaugural committee

Washington, DC’s attorney general has subpoenaed Donald Trump’s inaugural committee — becoming the third government body to do so.


The New York Times reported Wednesday that DC Attorney General Karl A. Racine’s subpoena has “similar demands” to those of prosecutors in Manhattan and New Jersey.



The report noted that Racine “appears to be looking for any evidence of self-dealing” based on the subpoenas statement that investigators are looking into whether money was “wasted, mismanaged and/or improperly provided private benefit, causing the committee to exceed or abuse its authority or act contrary to its nonprofit purpose.”


Racine’s subpoena requested documents about the inaugural committee’s payments to the Trump Organization or the Trump International Hotel, including exchanges about “the pricing of venue rentals.”


“The committee paid Mr. Trump’s hotel $1.5 million for rooms, meals and the use of a ballroom,” the Times noted.


In the subpoena, the DC AG noted that the office is also seeking documents about Ivanka, Donald Jr. and Eric Trump’s roles on the committee. As the

noted, none of the president’s adult children had formal titles on the inaugural committee.
