This is madness :wenger:  not sure whether Woodward has done this as payback for a summer fiasco and the Coentrao deal or because he's an incompetent twat.

I bet Navas feels great and focused right now for his next game.

The Spanish FA seem a little more strict regarding player registration. If all these sources saying they didn't submit in time, that's it!

If we keep DeGea and get Navas I will fecking die of laughter :lol:

Just imagine for a second that it was us in place of Real Madrid now. Imagine how this news would be published in the media about how inept, unprofessional and incompetent we are.

Meh they'll take it to some appeal or tribunal or some bollocks. It'll still happen but hopefully DDG is shitting it a little at the moment.

Ofcourse its our fault, ofcourse.
Who cares though. This will motivate Navas into doing better. Madrid might then see no need for him. If this doesn't go through , we try our best to make him sign a bumper contract.
Wait , is Navas ours?

Woody may been seen as inexperienced on the fee paying side, but he is hardly incompetent when it comes things things like papers.

I wonder what state of mind DDG will be in now?

Or because Madrid fecked up and left it till the last possible moment to sit at the table for a tranfer they've had all summer to wrap up

Unbelievable. This day deserves the "Are you not entertained?" picture of Woody

Sky Transfer centre saying not known whether De Gea deal gone through. Apparently some details changed at the last moment...

Navas was part of the De Gea deal. I don't think there is any way that one can make the move without the other doing so.

Did the Navas paperwork go through in time though...

Spanish clubs can still sell players till tomorrow night, so if the navas deal was done seperately at the same time as the De Gea deal it would have gone through fine
