Yeah from nothing new and Madrid doubting ddg will come yesterday to an agreement today. I sure do believe that.
Yeah but I am pretty sure we could have get a similiar amount already at the beginning of the window, maybe a few million less. But it's really not a fee where I can say we have played that nice. At the beginning of the window we would have had a lot of time to look at the likes of Lloris, Oblak or Leno. Now we will hopefully just make a deal with Navas, which Real wants to offload now of course, to save that mess a bit.

How is it amateurish? DDG never had any intention of staying and if reports are true Madrid are offering him less than we did, you cant compete with that. How can United realistically do better than hold out to the last minute in the hope of an insane bid from Madrid?

It wasn't Woodys decision to drop De Gea from the team for the whole month, leaking stuff to the press saying he didn't want to play for Manutd anymore. If we had kept it all in house whilst playing dave the dick still we would of had a far stronger bargaining position.
