I thought their owners would stand firm like PSG last night. Kind of happy they didn't.

And I agree with the coaching staff, with only Carrillo Monaco need a striker but can't spend big because they already have young strikers on loan.

Sorry but what has he done? He's so weak on the ball. Scored what 2/3 goals? He's not progressing, hence the loan. Prayed for Adnan over the last couple of years, hopefully he'll gain some experience by going abroad for a season
He's shown glimpses of promise during his debut season, something he might be able to do if he gets the needed playing time. That's not shite.

When we spend big on established names, people say we should focus on youth.

Focus on youth, and you can just tell some people ain't happy.

We have Shaw, Januzaj, Wilson, Pereira, Lingard, Depay, Johnstone, McNair. Not to mention Smalling, Jones, Darmian, Schneiderlin, Herrera, Blind, Rojo are relatively young, themselves.

We don't lack youth, at all. We're lacking established stars at their peak - we have 0 world class players in our team.

I'm assuming the £36million number is from us while the €60m+€20m figure is from Monaco. Who do we believe?

The Adnan deal is making me so angry, I usually don't talk about the whole soul of the club stuff but we are really going away from everything that was good about Manchester United. This kid is going to be a world class player but most probably at some other club

It should make you happy that he may be loaned out and actually has a chance to play.

If he gets experience at Dortmund then what's the problem? Still our player and getting to go to a great club.

Plus I know it's putting two and two together but if it ultimately got us Reus (next summer perhaps) then

Half expecting mike keegan to come and say 'by Manchester the French football federation meant city'

I will be surprised if he gets more games there than at United, also reports from Germany now saying that Dortmund want more than a loan deal

With Pereira and Lingard in the squad, we have cover in the attacking positions. Will help Adnan a lot to play regular 1st team football than watch from the bench

It's a loan, LVG has given him a chance and decided he isn't quite ready for the first team yet. If anything this is a positive sign.

Half expecting Howard Nurse to come and say 'Chelsea to hijack United's Pedro deal'

60-million Euros! I can't believe that we're paying 70-million Euros for a player we're paying 80-million Euros for!

Hey someone should tell Woodward it's £37M and not 80€m before he fills in that cheque

So getting him in earlier than planned for like Depay which is good for the future but is he ready now.. and more importantly can he play on the right side.
We went from the quickest right winger in the world who couldn't cross a road to the slowest ever. I just feel we will be so much better with pace on both flanks and Mata at no.10

This sounds an awful lot like journos adding the value of Old Trafford onto Martial's price, to keep up their 'UNITED IN CRISIS' narrative *cue yellow tape*

I see Moses might be off to West Ham on loan. Why can't Chelsea just sell these kind of players instead of perpetually loaning them. Take Marko Marin as a case-in-point.

Loan fees every year > transfer fee.

I never really thought of it like that. Good point.
It is a tactic I use on FM frequently. Buy cheap talented young players and loan then out for a season for more than I paid for them. Mourinho has obviously been watching me. :wenger:

Have you been missing for the past 24 hours, we're signing Martial. What more interesting is that we seem to be letting Januzaj go out on loan, thus freeing up the 11 shirt.
Yeah, been on nights and slept the rest. So let me get this straight, we're getting rid of a 20 year old and pinning our season on a 19 year old. feck me.
