Bale £120m, Gotze £40m, Pedro won't be too happy with his squad role. The crazy thing is we could afford it to, Gotze is just the Angel di Maria money and Bale is our savings account.
Bale is one of those "if you want him, you'll have to pay for him" deals. He simply isnt leaving unless we pay out the arse for him. Madrid arent going to look like clowns by getting rid of him for less than they paid for him.Bale on the other hand, as much as I'd want him here, I would be paying less than what Real paid for him. He, like Di Maria hasn't had the best of times, and it's only right that they go for less. How we'd end up paying more would be crazy
Has there ever been a more pointless footballer than Aly Cissokho?

A well known and reliable Norwegian journo. Don't know if he has a clue about English football though. I know for a fact he is a Spurs fan, though.
The headline news is that Harry Kane is given a much needed rest for this, and Nacer Chadli will lead the line for Spurs.
Might just be injured or being rested for the weekend game. Making something out of nothing

Well, Twitter is blowing up about this though. But then again, he's probably just resting.
From the skysports live commentary for the Milan game
He's not working as a journalist anymore. He's a former Premier League presenter, so doubt he's privvy to that kind of info. He does support Spurs, though.
makes sense playing instead of who though?Kane makes a lot of sense, even if it might be too soon considering the amount of money he'd cost.
Just give us a striker, though. That's all I ask. Kane or Lacazette. I don't care.
Rooney. He won't be playing every game next season, and if Rooney gets injured, we're fecked.makes sense playing instead of who though?
Yeah, like that will happen. "My captain always plays."Rooney. He won't be playing every game next season, and if Rooney gets injured, we're fecked.

He's still a football presenter, now at CMore, owned by Tv2. Maybe he isn't too much involved in any journalistic activity, I'm sure he has some reliable sources handy.
I wouldn't say that. It doesn't sound like a guess at allI find it hard to believe, seems like they're just guessing as to why Kane is not in the squad.

I agree he seemed pretty sure of himself when saying it. Who is the commentator and what channel is reporting it?I wouldn't say that. It doesn't sound like a guess at all
Yeah it does because all he is doing is repeating so so called "reports"I wouldn't say that. It doesn't sound like a guess at all
Surely a bid from Man Utd isn't the most likely excuse for someone to come up with... Anyone without knowledge would assume he's being rested as he played the other day.I find it hard to believe, seems like they're just guessing as to why Kane is not in the squad.
So it's not a guess, he's relaying information he's obviously been given by someone.Yeah it does because all he is doing is repeating so so called "reports"
It is the most sensational thing he can say. He's just going by rumors going around, which can easily be started by someone in the press box looking to use Kane's absence from the matchday squad to create big headlinesSurely a bid from Man Utd isn't the most likely excuse for someone to come up with...
