Talk of Mueller or Robben and cash for Di Maria. If Di Maria goes then we do need a world class replacement but I would be sad to see him leave as I feel he could be a talisman for United.

I was kind of expecting this. Arsenal perform very well towards the end of the season, win the FA Cup in style and then Wenger once again becomes complacent in the market.

Now, I expect Arsenal to challenge for the title. The signing of Cech should ensure that at the very least. However, I can see them coming up just short after failing to sign a top striker and holding midfielder after Arteta's extension.

As it stands, they would be nailed on for 2nd mind you.

They accepted a bid of £12m from Tottenham for Ings in June, and that would be taken into account by a tribunal committee when setting a fee.

It means that Liverpool face the prospect of paying substantially more for the player than they had hoped.

A page or 2 back lad. This has all been debunked already.

It's nonsense

Seems like I lambasted di Marzio in too severe a way a couple of weeks ago. He does seem to be a true ITK when it comes to everything Serie A.

I unfollowed him about that time tbh. He just seemed to be speaking out his arse about loads of different transfers, so I can see where you were coming from.

Di Marzio is utter wank when it comes to non Italian transfers but he's the King of transfer exclusives in Italy for any Italian related transfers. Funny how he was the only one in Italy last summer to say United are interested in Vidal but we've not moved on that interest. That turned out to be very accurate.

The Darmian rumours would be interesting. From what I understand Torino played mostly with wing backs last season. Does LvG want to play like that again? And how many Italian did we have in our history! I really can't think of any.

...according to Sky Italia sources. Not saying it won't happen, but Sky do have a tendency to put the cart before the horse sometimes. Case in point... Gundogan.

For the 1000th time, the Sky Italia source is Di Marzio who is very reliable on Italian related transfers!
