Doesn't exactly seem credible does it really? Keep posting it here though, I've gotten a few laughs out of it myself.

 it's not a hard concept. CityWatch does not tweet anything of its own source, it simply collects the information from various sources and tweets it, always citing the source. If you find that funny then you're easily amused.

Why not just post the tweets where it is gathering its so called sources from then? You seem easily amused yourself with all those green smileys you adore. ;)

Because not all of them are from tweets. Not all newspaper accounts and other sources tweet their articles and reports so CityWatch will condense the article into a tweet and cite where it is from instead.

Gundogan held talks initially with us, then he held serious talks with bayern who didn't want to pay him what he wanted and he held talks with barca even though they have a transfer ban and wouldn't be able to register him until the new year....he must really not want to sign for us.

Thought as much.

I've said it a few times before, but hasn't your (City's) owner invested something like £300 million in to Real Madrid's new stadium?

It's why the clubs have such a good 'relationship' and some sort of gentlemens agreement not to poach eachothers best players.

Is this actually a fact? I would have thought that this would be illegal under FIFA regulations? Oh wait, it's FIFA regulations so probably perfectly fine!

Er he turned us down! We didn't go for jones ahead of him.
We went for Jones first and then we went for him. By that time Zidane swooped in and with us signing Jones, he obviously thought he would not get too many chances and thus he went to Real. If we had prioritized his signing, I think we would have got him. It would be like saying Hazard chose Chelsea when the fact is we did not pay the 6 mil to his agent and thus he rejected us based on that.

Real Madrid has been trying to build a football theme park in Emirates years ago. Florentino tried in Dubai but found soil problems so there was an option in Abu Dhabi. Probably City´s sheikh is related to this as the "Abu Dhabi Bernabeu",the new name that would bring the money for the stadium . Obviously nobody wants an arabic name in the stadium. They have been linked with Microsoft as well. Anyway the project is stopped since Madrid city council doesn´t allow the extension of the commercial area around Bernabeu, since affects directly to "La Castellana", one of the main avenues in the city. Probably all will be paralyzed since a week ago a comunist/progresist political group has won the local elections. The end of the corruption is the big issue for this new political groups and definitely they won´t help Madrid (as the conservative PP probably would do). Besides the 2 clubs have some kind of deal to not attack each other but also could be the circumstance that City needs cash to avoid FFP and maybe Madrid could give a hand. Florentino likes Kun Agüero a lot.

@Sport_Witness: Another Manchester United exclusive coming up this morning. No ITK nonsense, just direct words from an agent. It's good news.

Isn't Van Gaal back from his hols this week....i suspect we will be concluding some deals on his return.

Not only incomings he needs to sell a number of players like Evans etc

I think it's a fair request though. He has a nailed on starting spot here and he's earned that at the next club he goes to. He's seen Iker not been dropped, regardless of form, so it's not worth the risk of him moving there if he's still there.

If De Gea signs a new contract with us after they dump Casillas, De Gea and Mendes will turn into instant legends.
