A loan deal for Pulisic makes sense.
Selling is a little different - and City are in a different tier to Arsenal and Chelsea. Neither are threats for the league title. City will certainly get CL football.
We should be directly competing with Chelsea for CL football. If they loan players to us, they probably don't see us as competition.
Stop obsessing over random things like Chelsea's opinion of us.
I think he'll be a useful player here for us. At this point I'd have JLingz back because of the lack of depth across the frontline, so Pulisic would clearly be a much better option for us than that.

I would not mind Pulisic at all but it has to be with a buy option that we can choose to exercise or not to at least give us some upside exposure.

Don't rate him all that highly but capable of playing both wings and is an okay player on his day. A loan move would be a sensible move for all parties I think.
The upside is that he's better (potentially at least) than the dross we field at the moment.

For any club, bolster attacking options, make it a loan so not bloating the squad unless the player performs in which case buy at the end of the season.

Probably because we aren't their rivals anymore. Certainly not this season anyway so they can take him back next summer.
Because he's very average and they don't see us as rivals for Top 6, nevermind Top 4. I'd rather stick to the dross we field at the moment than sign yet another mediocre player like Pulisic. He's been all hype (in the past), very little substance.
We only need one of Pulisic and Asensio, replace 1 of them with a striker and it’s a good window.
