These kinda deals are strange. If he ends up costing us 40 mil it'll be a huge waste of money. If he ends up costing 65 mil it will be worth it.

The easy add-ons will most likely be met if he makes a few first-team appearances along with certain team milestones (e.g. EL qualification), so I wouldn't be surprised if they can make up to €60m with the player not necessarily having played a major part.

I don't understand why he is not at least looked at by United. Backup to Højlund, PL experience, quite cheap, english. I think he would've been perfect in the role
