No this is a striker we got for next to nothing. He is raw, but has potential. He made a few appearances, but nothing that you could judge him by. He is fast, has good control, but needs time to develop.

I don't really understand this transfer - he couldn't break through into the Roma team and spent most of the season on the bench at Valencia as far as I remember. What makes him Premier league material? He's never really impressed me when I have watched him.
