The English media finally catch up on the Ziyech-Milan links. On that note, Gnabry would be a better fit for Chelsea than Ziyech would, but he won't be easy to get unless Chelsea offer him a massive contract.
Think he rejected €19m or similar at Bayern, right?

I can't recall, but I do remember reading about how he's more inclined to sign a new contract with Bayern Munich this morning (hence why they aren't going after João Félix).

Napoli are asking for €100m and will only let Koulibaly go if they find a replacement. Juventus are also interested in the following centre backs though haven't done any work on acquiring them:
  • Gabriel Magalhães (Arsenal)
  • Gleison Bremer (Torino)
  • Benoît Badiashile (Monaco)
  • Pau Torres (Villarreal)

EDIT 2: Correction

Napoli are asking what now? Isn’t he in the last year of his contract? And he’s also 31 years old.

  • Crystal Palace are willing to invest 10-12 million Euros to acquire him.
  • Reminder: Roma's interested in Zaha at the same time.
  • Both clubs have yet to get together for talks.

Im sure it's been said countless times but i genuinely assumed this journo was actually the retired footballer, Patrik Berger, who played for Liverpool back in the 90s. Then i saw he was a "chief football writer" and thought it's not possible

Barcelona would have already made an official offer for Raphinha, who recently refused Chelsea waiting for Barca. Last week Laporta said that until the second lever was activated, the club “as a rule” would not sign anyone.

Our new transfer negotiators sure love an unobtainable target.

So that's Raphinha, Dembele, Leao and Gnabry. Looks like the reports suggesting Tuchel has asked for a dribbler who can isolate (and terrorise) a fullback, are correct. Unfortunately for Chelsea, those types of players tend to be some of the most sought-after and expensive.

Exactly. It is encouraging that we appear set on moving away from buying another traditional #9 after all the failures we’ve had there, but these wide attackers are so in vogue that every big club wants the same group of 4-5 players.

Ironically, so many teams are trying to emulate City‘s and Liverpool’s “no striker, all versatile midfielders” setup whilst those clubs themselves are now going to be playing with actual #9’s.

Very good signing. Would think a top club would be in for him in a couple of years, but now he's likely to cost a lot more if Wolves are willing to let him go at that point. Think this will work out extremely well for Wolves either way
