Wow everyone is coming for the players we want to sell now. I guess we won’t have as much trouble shifting some of these players as some initially thought.

Chelsea really aren’t f*cking about are they. Their squad is going to be ridiculous.

Tier 2:

The actual Caicedo passages from Steinberg's piece:

All of that seems quite speculative from Steinberg and isn't necessarily indicative of Chelsea actively pursuing Caicedo.

Load of nonsense. No chance Brighton will sell now imo.

Tier 3 sources such as Le Parisien and Santi Aouna reported this already, but here's some Tier 2 corroboration from a solid Chelsea-related journalist:

Corroboration from The Athletic:

Come on Leeds, go grab Musah to complete the set.

Tier 2:

There were rumours earlier in the day and yesterday that Spurs were looking to bring in Piero Hincapie alongside Pedro Porro.

Official: Matias Viña joins Bournemouth on loan from Roma with a purchase option

18-month deal for up to £12million for a player in the last six months of his contract seems a little steep?

Chelsea always seem to be able to inflate their sales!

Assume they are on about what’s left on his contract?
I get what it is, but when have you ever seen that reported on before as a significant part of a transfer story? It is decent business for Chelsea given the circumstances but that Matt Law is wetting himself to labour the point.
