I thought aggregators were banned?
Why loan? Sell him, ffs. We have 4 defenders and we can get very good price for him

A decent loan makes sense for me, hopefully get plenty of playing time throughout the season, still loads of potential in Axel. Why loan? Sell him, ffs. We have 4 defenders and we can get very good price for him
Fair enough. Not when they link to the original source which Sports Witness always do.
I did wonder about thatThey’re spending 50m on a CB, have just spent 25m on a winger plus Lamela, signed a new GK…all without CL and debts over 1bn. I think the word “alongside” is very optimistic.

A bit of overrating of zouma going onZouma + £25m for Kounde is a very good deal for everyone involved to be honest.
Just seems to be us who can't command good fees for our playersA bit of overrating of zouma going on
so you wouldnt want him on that basis?
Rashford was horrible for 50% of the season and likely to miss start of the season, Martial even worse and Pogba wants out....

That proposal was worth more than the four-year contract he eventually agreed with United, which is understood to be worth around £20 million annually including image rights and bonuses.
Obviously the club still think he can come good which isn't at all unreasonable.
Because he's only 23 and very talented.
I agree about his talent and all. But our problem all these years is that we keep too long every player who "might" be useful one day. And sometimes you need to sell in right time.A decent loan makes sense for me, hopefully get plenty of playing time throughout the season, still loads of potential in Axel.
I would sell Baily because there's next to no chance of him being a solid Manchester United defender. He's made of glass and inconsistent on top. I wouldn't sell Tuanzebe ahead of him.I agree about his talent and all. But our problem all these years is that we keep too long every player who "might" be useful one day. And sometimes you need to sell in right time.
Big picture is; all our defenders are in their prime. We have undisputed first pair in Varane-Maguire. We have Lindelof-Bailly as backup.
So unless our plan is to sell one of them next year, why to keep Axel? Sometimes you just need to risk and sell young player for good fee. If you are unsure, throw in bayback clause.
