We should look at Ndidi instead of Gueye. Not that we're looking at Gueye either, but still... Ndidi is way younger and very underrated. Would be an excellent defensive option to allow Bruno og Pogba more freedom.
Leicester would take us to the cleaners, Maguire level of money.

It'd be on loan, no clue why Gomes didn't choose to take this route with us instead of taking the same route with a foreign club...

I think it's clear that he and his team massively miscalculated, they possibly thought he could do a Pogba only to find out that no major club was queuing for his signature promising him first team football. He didn't even need to go on loan with a foreign team he could have signed his deal and went off to the Championship like Henderson initially did.

Has Ruud Gullit confirmed that he's Nathan Aké's father yet? I mean, it's obvious isn't it?

Looking at it it's a few weeks old my mistake. Still makes me nervous is he's clearly someone who will likely know what's going on with the saga.
Been saying it for a while, he’s literally the spitting image, hair and stripey black & red top helps but facially he’s spitting image

James not going to Atleti.

Not sure how reliable the Idrissa Gueye rumours are, but he's a player I was desperate for us to buy when he was at Everton. Now, if we're going off the type of players Ole has signed to date, then it wouldn't be a typical signing, but if we want a holding midfielder, who is not only dynamic, but reads the game tremendously well, then Gueye is the man.

We absolutely should be. He's a great DM, exactly what we need to challenge Matic for the starting spot.

I liked Gueye but I would prefer someone a bit younger. That being said DM more than most benefits from experience and positioning rather than legs.

Marc Roca plays for a team relegated from La Liga and could be shrewd move.

I dont really get the Gueye links.Though he's a decent player we have players of similar qualities in Fred and McTomminay.

It was an interesting observation, no need to get your knockers twisted because of it.

Right winger that had a good individual season at Valencia, going for less than €30m is interesting. Wonder why we can't do deals like this...

Fair enough to disagree, but I'd say claiming the poster has man-boobs is a punch below the belt ;)

I can’t see us signing him with Matic extending his contract. Good player though.

We were linked with him. Its why I don't think we are really interested in Gabriel and Badiashile. I mean if we weren't so interested in this guy who cost just 11m and basically had all the characteristics of Gabriel and Badiashile whilst playing in a better league, it makes no sense to now have strong interest in either Gabriel or Badiashile

Zorc is playing games here, Stone works for the BBC so he literally says exactly what the club tell him too and he says there have been negotiations.

Shameful, they shouldn’t be allowed to sign players if that’s the case

This is not good.

55 members of staff on average salary including NI and other taxes probably about 2-3m a year
Willian on 250k a week is 13m a year...

The maths don't add up
