So Inter really were going after Kante.

  • Chelsea rejected Brozovic + cash for Kante
    • Not interested in any deal involving Eriksen either
  • Chelsea close to signing Edouard Mendy from Rennes
  • Chelsea will target Declan Rice afterwards
  • Chelsea would rather sell Jorginho than Kante
  • Lampard played down suggestions that Tomori would leave on loan
    • Tomori in contention to play against Brighton
EDIT: Looks like a Chelsea briefing

Hahaha, Inter already want to get rid of Eriksen. Can't make this shit up!

They were desperate to add some weight up front

To be fair, Inter Miami have been getting better results recently. This signing will put almost guarantee them a place in the playoffs and make them a scary proposition.

I wonder if Conte prefers Sensi over Eriksen in that AM role. Sensi was doing quite well for Inter before he arrived, but since Eriksen came in, Sensi has barely played.

Eriksen has been shit for Inter, just getting a few minutes here and there and not having any effect on preoceedings. Seems like he's been phoning it in since the begining of last season (with Spurs) and has continued the same trajectory with Inter. The hunger is simply not there, he just wants a steady (and hefty) paycheck.

And some Caftards wanted us to spend 50 mill on him.

We shouldn't even consider Kante's sale unless we buy someone young and who can eventually reach Kante's level. Luckily, the club seem to be shutting down any talk of leaving.

Like you said, he took his spurs form with him.
When you get used to playing shit for a long time, it s not easy reverting back.

He did. We didn't bid for him the day before he joined Milan. The club have denied it now anyway and the Brescia CEO said it was over a week before.

You just don't want to believe what I have been saying about your boy Romano. He's full of shit.

"Your boy Romano"

That's where Declan Rice comes in. Chelsea have reached a stage where they need to sell before they can buy more players. They want to sell Jorginho but are apparently okay with selling Kante if they get a good offer (according to Steinberg).

Looks like Inter Miami are finally getting the big name that they've been craving for from the start.
Heard DC United have first right of refusal for him which means Miami need to offer DC something for trade in order to sign him.

The Rashica saga has a recent development with Frank Baumann mentioning that teams are starting to move in for the player.

EDIT: no formal offer yet

They apparently sorted that out before finally moving in for him.

Genoa will get Miha Zajc on loan from Fenerbache with an option to buy for 3 million Euros. They're also ahead in the race for Karsdorp from Roma (Atalanta are the other club involved). They'll take him in on loan with a automatic option to buy trigger if Karsdorp makes enough appearances.

Cagliari have gotten a promising player in Riccardo Sottil on loan from Fiorentina with an option to buy. One to keep an eye out for

So Pukki, Antonio and Maupay are £30 million strikers. Jesus christ

Pukki was a fluke season at the top level, well half a season actually seeing as almost all his goals came before Christmas.

West Ham wouldn't sell Antonio for £30m, no chance. (oh and how much did they pay for Haller or Newcastle pay for Joelinton?)

Brighton paid £20m+ for Maupay and after his first season wouldn't sell him for £30m either.

Official: Eintracht Frankfurt have permanently acquired Andre Silva from AC Milan.

Martinez off to Villa then..

This is true they made a £10m bid it was rejected and they were politely told he wasn't for sale and to drop it and my latest information was this had been accepted by all parties. So I don't know if this guy is just regurgitating old info or if his agent is agitating for a move to line his pockets.

Only First Team players for sale are Watkins (gone) and Benrahma, it would take silly money to make this one happen

They obviously thought Joelinton would develop into a 20 goal striker. And Haller was great at linking up with his teammates at his previous club, so you arent just paying for his goals. Obviously neither have worked out and both have been a waste of money so far. I dont think transfer fees should be morphed around failed transfers. If they were then you'd be expected to pay £60 million for 11 goals like Morata

Martinez off to Villa then..
It might actually be happening.

  • Villa's 2nd proposal of 15 million Pounds up front + installments afterwards (making a total of 20 million Pounds guaranteed) was accepted by Arsenal.
  • Arsenal are eyeing out Brentford's David Raya, who's not for sale.
  • Matt Macey, Arsenal's 3rd keeper, will leave this summer for first-team football.
  • Villa still want more firepower and are eyeing Josh King and Odsonne Edouard.

Can I apply for the status of ITK? :)

How can everyone sell their player but we can't. Surely Sergio Romero is a decent pick for midtable team.
