Cadena SER have based it on their links from January, and they're not giving them up. I don't think there's necessarily anything in this beyond an inquiry to the player's entourage.its..its something I guess.
Official: Ben Chilwell to Chelsea
Meltdown incoming
2005 all over again!
Maybe! You can’t prove anything.Did you mean 2003

I see. I remember watching a youtube highlight reel of him. Liked that he seems to have good anticipation skills inside the box while being quite dominant in the air, which we're clearly lacking in the forward line.Cadena SER have based it on their links from January, and they're not giving them up. Sadly, Chilwell may not be ready to go for a while. So Azpi at LB for probably the first few matches of the season. Not gonna lie, it’s frustrating seeing Chelsea move so swiftly with their business, they’ll be pretty much done in a week’s time giving them loads of time to settle in as well.

Backed by Abramovich's own money, of course; we're handicapped by our cash flow reductions, which will become more apparent when the annual report comes out.Chelsea have done well man

It also helps that their owner wants to put their own money into the club as well. I don't think they'd be anywhere near where they are without Abramovich's money.Thats what happens when you have owners who want to win the league and are not happy with top 4.

They don't know how transfer business works. You must prepare bid, think about sending bid, play waiting game etc....Chelsea not messing about.
They were reportedly mere hours away from filing for bankruptcy prior to Roman arriving. They're star players of the day would have been sold off and they'd likely be the bottom end of the league.

They know nothing. Amateurs
This isn't Roman rolling out of bed and splashing the cash on a whim. We've spent nothing in a year, sold players for huge money, recently signed massive new sponsorship deals with ThreeUK & Nike. Then on top of all that Roman's money.
That's probably why we can spend like this without breaching the rules.
He forgot tracking, we seem to do an awful lot of tracking.
Yeah and the small matter that your owner is minted but actually cares about what happens on the pitch
Ed is clearly waiting for everyone else to finish their transfer business before announcing #Sancho7#MUFC, the biggest signing eclipsing all
Chelsea made a loss in the previous fiscal year but were still within FFP boundaries. In terms of their cash flows, they only had 36.5 million Pounds in cash after Abramovich put in 238 million Pounds of his own money (net). Off of their operating activities, they lost 59 million Pounds in cash despite the Nike deal being present. Yeah, the sales of Hazard and Morata would add to that, but before their sales, they lost 174 million Pounds in cash. The ThreeUK deal apparently won't give them more money than Yokohama's shirt sponsorship though Yokohama are still around, so it'll probably be 40 million Pounds minus the amount reduced in the Yokohama deal as the official tyre sponsor (if any reduction). This isn't Roman rolling out of bed and splashing the cash on a whim. Chelsea spent £234 in 2017/2018 and £187m in 2018/2019. We're only getting this whole ruining football again vibe about these transfers because people rate the players we're signing this summer highly compared to the bulk of the players we've signed in the last 3 summers.
Hate to tell you but Messi to City eclipses us, however signing Jadon would make that move a little bit easier to accept
