Those are all fantastic signings for Chelsea. We barely finished above them this year and they’ve now improved massively.
Chelsea are much more efficient at shifting players in and out. We take ages and it s frustrating for managers - LVG and Mourinho both complained about it.
Very interested in who we are even targeting at keeper. But there will 100% be a new one.

Chelsea took ages to sign Chilwell. This wasn't a recent development; they were after him for the past 4 or so months. If they're starting to make moves, this must indicate that they're going to sell some players afterwards. Emerson's already been put up for sale; if they're advancing on Chilwell, it means that they might have found a buyer.
Oblak's not for sale, and there are no indications that Chelsea will pay the release clause. There haven't been any links with Nick Pope. Regarding goalkeeping targets, the only players that Chelsea have been linked with were Marc-Andre Ter Stegen (now no longer possible) and Andre Onana.
You see it as minimum fuss because they don't get the coverage that United do. The Havertz transfer is filled with issues, but there have been little to no negative reports and reactions over it. They were also after Werner and Ziyech for a while, but both transfer stories haven't been front-page news.
With regards to their defensive players (including goalkeeper), they must sell before they can buy. If people are wondering how they got Chilwell before announcing a sale, consider that Emerson has been for sale for a while; if they're moving ahead with Chilwell, then there's a buyer for Emerson.
They also want to get rid of Jorginho who was a Juventus target when Sarri was there. Now Pirlo is not interested.

Yeah, that's true; that's a separate matter when it comes to their transfers. I doubt that him staying would be a problem for Lampard, but him leaving would free up some more money to conduct more transfer activity.

The Ziyech transfer did strike like lightning when the transfer gained traction, but that was the only one that I could remember. Werner to Liverpool wasn't being reported on by the Liverpool-linked journalists (Joyce, Pearce, Reddy); rather, they were denying the stories. The rest of the media latched onto that story whilst ignoring Chelsea's activities.

Is he? I'll take your word for it as I haven't watched him closely. With the way Burnley play (super defensively) I wonder if his record is legit or not. How would he perform in a progressive, attacking team is the question.
That’s tough to say because he plays for Burnley. The modern way is to build from the back but am not sure that Lampard places that much emphasis on doing so.
Because we are stupid. For example James should be for sale and I am sure we could recoup a large amount of money. However we will wait forever until he loses all his value and try to sell him after he gets his testimonial with us in 2030.
