We are woefully short of quality and will be absolutely dominated against the likes of City and liverpool, I'm talking 35% possession dominated, but hey at least we will be a hungry team with few actual ball players.
We've been bitten twice by "actual ball players" who have only came because we paid them more than they should have. One turned up for 2 months and then proceeded to disrespect everyone associated with the club through his disgusting lack of effort, and the other is stinking up the joint as we speak.

Honestly, as average as they are, give me Lingard or Mata over a disinterested star every day of the week.

Bringing up Dybala's nationality is a dickish thing to do.

It's just as bad as all the posters bringing up Brexit FC when discussing our signings so far.

The nationalities of Dybala, AWB, James and Maguire are irrelevant.

We don't sign players with technical ability and that is worrying. I can see us completely getting outplayed in midfield against the following this season: City, Liverpool, Tottenham, Chelsea, Wolves, Leicester. That's not acceptable for a Man Utd team but its the reality.

Agree with your sentiment. But an English player is far more likely to be swayed by Man Utd. Climate, culture, language etc also is elements that a player takes into context when making a decision.

Haven’t got the money but spent nearly £100m this summer when they have to be careful? I find it amazing how the media spread this. They always spend more than every other club.
The richest owners claiming they haven’t got the money:smirk:

Reasonable valuation given how the market for centre backs has recently been inflated. Plus some important points to consider.

-Bournemouth have billionaire owners.

-They are very ambitious they are not Burnley.

-They CAN'T and WON'T be bullied.

-So Leicester need to either pay the asking price or move on.

We're stuck in a rut because of everything that has gone on in the last 6 years, and Ole is paying for the sins of the last three managers. He is fully aware of the issues in the squad and wants them out but because of Ed and the board deciding to give so many of the average players new contracts, we're stuck.

I can't blame Ole for whatever wrong happens this season, he's been absolutely set up to fail...

Its almost as if they're much better at getying value for money than united despite having unlimited funds.

Anyone else we are linked with beyond Dybala, Mandzukic and Fernandes?

That's a slightly different point, imo.

At the individual human level, there may a difference in preferences. But that doesn't mean it's acceptable to lump players together at a dehumanising nationalist level.

I mean what were Leicester expecting?

Mings went for what 25m or so after a year in the second tier.

Ake, who is probably their best player, being courted by a club who have just sold a CB very publicly for 80m...I think Bournemouth have been very generous :D

I agree, they shouldn't be bullied by Leicester. Either pay up or go elsewhere

Then we agree fully.

We have bought players from all over that did not succeed here.

To whom? No clubs need him enough to fork out the funds required, apart from us. Only way they get him out is if they convince him to lower his demands and join us.
they will probably sent him to Inter in exchange for Icardi.

We would do fecking wonders at a pie eating contest, shame about us on the actual football pitch.

All this hungry bollocks is exactly that. Are we trying to say the most hungry attacking player we could find in the world was Daniel James.

At the end of the day if a player doesnt want to sign for us it doesn't mean they are not hungry if anything they believe their hunger will not be satisfied at our club.

I feel for Ole to be fair as he will be under no illusions of how far we are behind the best teams in regards to midfield and attack.

100% I disagree with you it's one of the stupidest takes ive ever heard.

The reason "we're so shit" is partly to do with the players.

He didn't have a decent output at all and he simply didn't want to be here. Weird how you're trying to find excuses for people who simply didn't want to play here.

Do you live under a rock? De Gea, Rashford, Martial, Pogba and Sanchez are prime examples of players who play for us for the money we offer. Four of them were linked with moves away and we tied three of them down by offering obscene wages. Every man and his dog knows that there are few players who want to "play" for us.

You think Marcus Rashford and Do Maria have the same trail of thought when it comes to playing for Manchester United? You think any of those players have that she trail or thought?

Get the feck over it, he did not want to play here at all in the slightest despite even the money. Down right bizarre you're trying defend someone who didn't give a flying feck about the club.
