Mandzukic would be ok 2-3. striker too, same Lukaku would be next season. But deal should include Dybala. Or something like Mandzukic + 60M <> Lukaku. We could use that money to Bruno and get experienced CF in same time. Mario + Bruno is better than Lukaku.
Mandžukić would actually be great for the system we're trying to implement. He's all about pressing and breathing down defenders' necks.
Have a horrible feeling this Dybala saga will be another huge dissapointment for us. I know its only small but he liked an insta post asking him to stay (why else would he do that?) and most of the leaks today are slowly pouring cold water on it.

I do actually think he is an under rated player as he does what he does very well and has done throughout his career at big clubs....but surely the way we are looking to play, he wouldnt fit into that at all bar the workrate he puts in pressing defenders. I think they'll be somewhere in the middle of both. their number of signings is big but I think most of them come across as a lot less scatter gun than Fulham who largely splashed on attacking players despite having had what was a relatively weak Championship defence that was protected by them dominating possession in that league.
He's (Drinkwater) on good wages and rightfully won't take a cut. I actually like him as a player and he can be a good backup and rotation option and definitely better to have in the squad than Bakayoko.

Well I think its really a case of him not wanting to leave than not wanting to come, he seems to love the club and city, have to respect that.
Decision he has to make is whether to stay and fight for his place at a club that seem happy to let him leave or be on the bench or start a new chapter.
Think it will literally be a case of money yet again sadly and whether we will give him the contract he wants and probably greedy agent fees requested too.
Think he is a great player though, cant believe people doubting his ability, everybody wanted him a year or two back and he is just the right age.....again its really a debate of would we want us to throw money at someone who really would rather stay at his club and fight for his place

The tweet was very vague to be fair, it doesn't mention whether it's Dybala+Mandzukic for Lukaku or a switch of Mandzukic for Lukaku instead of Dybala.
Thing is, if Sarri says Dybala isn't in his plans, and is surpless to requirements, yet Dybala wants to stay then is he going to have a season on the bench and go for pretty much nothing next season?
