He’s 20, obviously still very young, but I personally don’t see world class potential there. I really hope I’m wrong.

I don't see world class potential either but that doesn't mean get rid, surely?

We would need squad players to be successful and there is no reason why he can't contribute as part of the squad.

There are reports of West Ham looking for CB and targeting Guillermo Maripan. Are we getting Diop?

Adrien Rabiot is coming to Juventus: tomorrow he will support medical examinations, then he will sign for 4 years

Right so that teaser Juve posted on Twitter is about them announcing Rabiot and Pellegrini instead of De Ligt then. Or they do a triple announcement to really burn the caf to the ground

How many cm's will Juve end up with by the end of the window??
Well, they're not going to get Pogba, so Ramsey and Rabiot? Matuidi and Khedira are old (and I won't be surprised if they ship one out), Can is just not that good. 2 new ones and Pjanic & Bentancur for 3 places are not that much?

Are we really building a team around Pogba and increase Pogba's influence on the team? Cross-field pass to AWB who will be left open on the right flank with most of the opposition player is in the left flank and AWB attack space using the dribble to beat defender and cutback pass or crosses. Pogba would be passing to James from deeper and Jame is frightening fast, he can utilize Pogba's passing deeper and stretching the opposition's defense and has pretty good crosses in him so Pogba could exploit James's cutback and crosses to score a goal. Bruno will erase United's burden on Pogba's playmakers and Longstaff takes some of the attributes Pogba has like long pass, cross-field pass.

Why would we extend Lingard so soon, do we just love to throw money at average players? Are we worried a big team will come and take him from us. More chance of us winning the league next season than that ever happening.

We've got Lingard on a contract til 2021, with an option to extend for a further year to bring his contract to 2022, which would then make him 29 at contracts end and just a few months away from turning 30 ie. the time in a player's career in which we used to just offer one year extensions.

No fecking way should he get a new contract...

Why do we love clinging to shite so bad, he has not earned a new contract. His performances since his last one have been relegation standard.

You must have your dates wrong, if his contract ends in 2022 then he can't be 30 when it finishes, he's still a youngster dont you know?

At the moment we have 7 mids including Rabiot (who’s going to replace Khedira) and Ramsey.
Then if we actually manage to pull the Pogback 2.0 Matuidi will be on the market on that same day.

In any case the plan is to have 6

So tomorrow City will anounce Rodri who will be their biggest ever transfer for..65 million GBP

How on earth do they buy for those kind of money and win, but we cannot?

Because about half their squad was bought for 50-60m.

They have been the most successful team in England last couple of years, often playing exciting football, have a great manager and have money to spend. Why wouldn't he go there?

We have been struggling, have problems reaching the Champions League, have an inexperienced manager and our star players such as De Gea and Pogba want out (according to the media).

Hoping for a similar impact to the underrated one Louis Saha has for us.

Ultra mobile & able to link together play but also a lethal finisher that will hopefully enable the younger forwards to flourish; if Lukaku goes I would love to see this happen.

I’m becoming more hopeful with each passing rumour. Bruno, Longstaff & Yeddar would be good signings if we keep Pogba imo. I’d have loved a Sancho to too this off but this would be a decent window if we can offload some free loaders in the process & get 3-4 more signings done.

Became a fan of his back in his Toulouse days, a really good footballer. Don't know how he'd fare at United, but he has my support if we sign him. I think I heard he started off as a futsal player, which I think is the reason he is good in tight spaces.
