Pogba deserves to a part of the Madrid circus.

Don't let the door hit you on the way out.

That's probably because we hogged the ball and did nothing with it.
We could keep it though, resist the pressure from the opposition.
Now they press us at will because Matic isn't very good on the ball while Paul hogs the ball as his pass options are closed down hurrying the next player before he's even in possession.

We are so fecked. You know we are going to be way overpaying AGAIN for mediocre players - especially in a non-CL year. Bright spot is that City, Chelski are aging so if we're going to take a chance on hungry youth - now is the as good a time as any.

How are City aging?

Because we know full well that he won’t be adequately replaced.

I think the guy is a cnut, but he’s also a world class player. If we are replacing him with another world class player, then great, no problem at all. But can you honestly see that being the case?

If we go into the season with Matic, Fred and McTominay as our first choice midfield then we are fecked.

Would find it hard to get remotely motivated for games next season if that happens. Surely at least two midfielders will come in now

I’ve seen James Pearce post similar tweets about Liverpool & Coutinho/Suarez/Sterling. If the player wants out then more often than not the club sells. It might not be this during this window but it’ll happen eventually.

It’s how a club responds to that which is important. We didn’t respond well to Suarez leaving, but we did invest Coutinho’s money well.

United should cash in and look to reinvest Pogba’s wages on players Solskjaer thinks he can use towards his style of play.

Does help that your board has actually got proper football people who actually care about success

The reason there is a meltdown amongst our support is because we have seen no evidence that our incompetent clowns can replace him at all.

Quite true. I think what will happen is that we will eventually sell Pogba for 100 million pounds or something and buy a midfielder like Bruno or someone else. While we need minimum 2 midfielders (3 if Pogba leaves), I have no faith in Ed getting us more than one given our slow transfer dealings and a general reluctance to spend.

Should be good news for Spurs fans, they are starting to be considered a big club now. Proof that in the eyes of the players, "big" refers to position in the league and performances as opposed to past history of winning or lack of oil money etc.

Martinez, maybe.

Would be my choice considering Skriniars undying love for the place & how unlikely they are to consider Brozovic.

That Bastoni fella's meant to be talented also, can't say I've seen him. Point being I'm sure there's options there once we forget Perisic & Wanda exist.

I don't know how to post tweets.

MEN reckons we are lining up denzel dumfries of psv as a 25m alternative to wan bissaka.

Yeah, I don't know their youth players particularly well, but if they let Zainolo go for feck all - I bet there's someone we can swindle them for!

Bloody hope we land Wan-Bissaka then...

He said it in English while being video recorded. He knew exactly what he was doing.

Thats what he will claim in Sept when United offers him a Sanchez size contract .... and will profess his love to his home (club) whilst claiming that his English responses were lost in translation.

That's how they roll nowadays.

He'll be happy. United will be happy ... and the fans will be Rooney-like happy for the next few years.

"James is already in place and seen as someone who can fill the problem position on the right wing."

James should be seen as someone who can provide cover and competition for Martial on the left. Solskjaer is taking a crazy gamble if his plan for our weakest position is a young, cheap player from the Championship.
