do you not understand? It doesn't say "before the end of the transfer window".
It's a bit of a guessing game tough really. I think some have bought into the idea that we want all business concluded by then, as per Ole's comments. Whether that's actually the case, who knows? But it would be worrying if 2 was all we managed.
I'm expecting to have at least 1 Chinese takeaway between now and the end of the year.
