Seems to just be more of a feelgood factor about Spurs; new stadium, young squad, new contracts... could do with a new signing but nowhere near as badly as us.
Even the likes of Real are struggling, I genuinely believe that the ceiling has been reached.
50-60m for ok players the club's are thinking "nah, I'll leave it".

Agree wholeheartedly. More so, I don't even think we need more center backs, so more reason not to overspend on another I don't even like. All in all, unless we're looking at strengthening the squad where it needs, I'd rather get started with what we've got.
