What happened? Last season they were raving about him.

Not sure, I think Ancelotti preferred Robben and Ribery, Costa lost his form somewhat and then he got grumpy for not being in the starting XI more often. You'd have to ask Munich fans, how his attitude in training has been.

That'll include signing on bonus over the length of the contract, he wouldn't agree to a one or a two year contract because he probably had a lot of choices for his next club, he had already the power really.
Suppose that's where we are in the game now. The fact Bournemouth are able to offer that says it all, just think it could turn sour if he loses the Midas touch after a year

Good signing on the pitch for Bournemouth, might not be off it if the reported wages are true. I can't imagine many of his teammates are getting even close to that.
Yes, surely the likes of Joshua king will be demanding similar amounts, and justifiably with his output this season

"Madrid want Dani Ceballos and can overcome Atlético". Clause 15 m€. Madrid would try a deal with Betis to loan him there 1 year

Hi mods, I have seen that even though posters have posted English translation, it is not reflecting in the 'Transfer Tweets' thread. I am able to see only the tweet but not the english translation below that. Can someone fix that please, else this defeats the purpose of having 'Transfer Tweets' thread

It's because the transfer tweets section is only programmed to show Twitter tweets and not any text written on RedCafe.

To see the translation, just click on view in tweet discussions thread.

Really liking Madrid's new transfer policy. Concentrating more on Spanish youngsters.

I like it too. They have understood that it is better to pay when they are young than to wait for them to be stars. Good player, technically very good

Feels very sad for him. He could be more than Pogba.
I don't . When players career is ruined because of injuries or something like that, i have sympathy and feel sorry for them but when players, especially talented like ravel or balotelli, ruin their careers because they are idiots, then i have zero empathy .

I assumed this was RM's red card machine and all round cnut Pepe but nope its another French mediocre player for the mags. They never learn.
Shouldn't it be Sergio Ramos? Pepe has become very clean defender that past 3-4 years IIRC.

Is he any good? I've never been that impressed when I've seen him, but I've only seen him a few times...
Yes, he is. He has improved a lot this year( was criticized since he needed many chances to score). His fiancée is italian so Milan with a new project could be a good option for him, but for what I heard until today he was very close to Chelsea.

Can't see Morata playing for Milan, he said himself he can only play for Juventus in Italy.

It's not like he's an Italian. Saying he'd never play for Atletico is one thing, but he's just a player who went on loan at Juventus. I can't imagine the loyalty is that deep.

I'd really like Morata at Man Utd. He's got everything you'd want a striker to have. Pace, power, hunger for goals and great finishing.
We probably won't be able to guarantee him as much game time as he wants given we're signing Griezmann.

No thanks
No swaps, we can get more money with single transfers. I think that Navas will go to Manchester City
As a United fan I wouldn't be impressed. Don't like either player.
It seems like neither side wants this swap deal. I thought it made perfect sense since both Morata and Navas are expendable for Madrid and I like both these players. I value De Gea around 70m. Morata could be worth 50m and Navas 20m. I don't think anyone would pay more than that for Morata. We also won't have to look for a new keeper since both Navas and Romero are pretty good. If I remember correctly, before the fax machine fiasco, Navas was heading here in exchange for De Gea with Madrid paying us 30m.

Still think Morata's going to Chelsea, obviously it's just speculation but I'm surprised Real aren't doing more to keep him because he's got all the ability to take over from Benzema, even this season he's scored more league goals than Benzema in far less minutes.

De Gea isn't worth Morata AND Keylor, simple as that. I'm not sure i'd swap Morata for De Gea at all

Keylor plus money(say £20-40M), i'd be okay with, given De Gea's age and nationality

Sounds like you lot really rate Morata. Do you feel like he's really upped his level this season/would be effective as your first choice striker? Personally, I'd really like to have him at United, I reckon he'd be a great foil for Griezmann.

Don't see any point in taking Navas in exchange. He's nothing special and could easily struggle like Bravo did this season. We could just keep Romero for a season and then re-evaluate and potentially go big on a GK next summer when we hopefully don't have to sign 4-5 players again.
