who's the guy?
You mean Gallardo? He is a guy that announces transfers in spanish tv, is very weird but Ozil was my favorite player in Madrid and he was sure that was leaving. He said weeks before, from that moment I use to listen what he says

does Zidane have much weight on Pogba?

Weird that there's no mention of Isco on the out list given that Isco wants to be a starter and he isn't going to get that at Madrid.
Modric is 30 now, Isco shows potential to step into that role I think. He can afford to wait, and he's got games now

Good point, It´s the kind of crazy and unexpected transfer that Florentino would do. Maybe being spaniard is not so easy for him

I guess that Zidane has weight for every french player but I think (not totally sure) that was his idol

He's only really getting games because Modric (29) is injured, when he's back Isco'll return to the bench. Earlier in the season when Rodriguez was out, Isco was playing and doing very well, then as soon as Rodriguez returned he was put on the bench and said he wasn't happy.

Real Madrid are being strongly linked to other midfielders like Pogba which means he'll be even further back in the pecking order. All well and good saying about Modric nearing 30, but he's still got a few years left in him and looks like the Real hierarchy have other plans on who should be his successor.

Kane to united is interesting. He fits the bill for a LvG striker. Very good holdup play, good finishing and presses from the front. 45m is eye wateringly expensive though

Yeah, he seems almost perfect for a Van Gaal team. It is a risk at that price. Although I don't think that he is a one season wonder due to his skill set, he is still a gamble as he can drop off, he already has this season though his team has collapsed too.

This Di Marzio guys seems to link every player in the world to every club in the world. And somehow maintains this reputation of being reliable..

You and many others simply don't understand journalism and how transfers work, that's the problem. Di Marzio is VERY reliable.

When it comes to Italian clubs, indeed. However, he's meh for clubs outside Italy or where there's no Italian involvement in a deal. Otherwise he's pretty spot on with regards to Italian transfer deals. None better than him.

Here's what Wenger said -

It looks to me that they are on the market because every player I am offered, I'm told Man Utd is on the case as well," said Wenger with a smile. "They are very active. You expect them to come back with some strong buys and they already have a strong squad. If you look at their squad already, it is top quality."
