Who's RMC?
Oops. Definitely didn't read the post properly. Still applies though, I think. The man knows his football
Assuming you're talking about the guy above? Anderlecht are Belgian!
Ow, ok. I stand corrected then. Thanks. He's not, he was found out in the summer. I remember him getting a lot wrong and then deleting the tweets.
Aren't they hindered by FFP? I thought they only had a budget of €48m.
Ah, that makes sense. feckFees and wages are spread across the length of a contract... it was explained in an article about Hazard a while ago, can't find it ATM. Say PSG spend 75 Million EUR on Pogba and 11 Million EUR in wages, this totals to 141 Million EUR over the length of a let's say six-year contract. Annual costs would be 23,5 Million EUR, which is still an awful lot but comfortably within FFP.
That's another reason why we won't have any trouble spending £100m+ again this summer.

Rodgers says Liverpool's "other priorities" in other areas meant their interest in Memphis Depay went no further.
Re. Di Maria being unhappy. Mitten said last week that he is happy in Manchester.
Who do you believe?
Doubt anyone really cares - like any player who has ever played for United - if you don't want to be here, then bye bye, you'll only regret it.
If di Maria leaves now he really is a pussy.
Yup, I do agree with that opinion. Makes for refreshing readingOops. Definitely didn't read the post properly. Still applies though, I think.
I've had that impression about Dutch football for a while.
What like Pogba...
@PortuBall
Bernard is an attacking midfielder with a lot of power. He's a never-stopping engine, good passer and difficult to stop when going forward.
New Pogba perhaps?
or Bebé?
Loan aren't necessarily 'gratis', they could pay 15m and be forced to pay 45 other millions next summer.
That's not really a 'loan' though; it's a purchase with delayed payment.
I agree Di Marzio has bollock tonsils. After the mess that was the Vidal saga I don't think I'll ever trust him again, just like how I can't really believe what Balague says after that first Herrera debacle!
Only 20 too, could be a good long term investmentWell, if it's just for €10m, I'm all for it.
Yeah. It's a load of PP.The constant Pogba speculation is boring as feck.
It's impossible for a journalist even with all the best contacts and sources in the world to get everything right, there's so many factors at play you'd need to be able to see into the future to correctly predict how every transfer will play out. Not even Vidal and Herrera could have told you where'd they'd be playing at the end of the transfer window at the times Di Marzio and Balague were reporting on it. What is obvious though is that Di Marzio and Balague do have some genuine contacts within the game and what they say often has some substance to it. At the same time they have to make a living, and only reporting on stuff they know to be irrefutable fact is not going to be enough to satisfy the modern obsession with transfer gossip. I believe Di Marzio and Balague to be credible journalists in that they will not outright create a rumour, but as I say, they have a living to make, and they will twist, exaggerate and manipulate whatever genuine information they have (or at least what they believe to be genuine) to suit their agenda.
