I know Koulibaly is the big target for the summer, but can we approach Napoli for Fabian Ruiz as well? Guy seems to be the perfect replacement for Mata/Herrera/Fellaini in central midfield.
He was really impressive for Betis last season. Napoli paid €30m for him last summer and will ask for easily double that now, so at that price I don't think he'd be worth it.
