what does that mean? If someone out bids you.. the bid would have 12 hrs before it expires. We can't have 24 hr deadline for 4 players, it would drag too much. In normal snake draft by this time the time is down to 8 hrs

I thought the bids were going to expire at 10pm tonight, not 10am tomorrow. That was my concern.

That's more like it Annah, I was shocked you weren't bidding on the top defenders. Just let Pol get Messi and then swap him for Ronaldo. Simple, and 50M for a defence :drool:

Well Annah did not fail last round, he did argue his case well with Ronaldo. It is clear fitting in Messi is more of a problem than Ronaldo.

Sure, Pol's side would look better with Ronaldo than Messi, but it's similar to Annah's logic for getting Ronaldo in the first place: he is the one player he wouldn't like to face, so even as a misfit, or sub he was happy to have him in HIS camp. Look at previous "major deals" and most of them came back to haunt one of the parties. If Annah sorts out his defence and swaps Messi for Ronaldo it's game over and the only ace up the sleeve to stop that is held by Pol right now.

Doesn't MJJ also have Cole behind Giggs? Then Nesta... He absolutely needs Rio next to him and any out of Zanetti/Thuram/Lahm. Probably in that order as well.

Campbell? Not a bad call, Campbell-Ferdinand was a top notch pairing.

I can see what he is doing, shoring up the deficiencies in the 4-2-3-1, but it just looks primed for putting together a superb Prem homage 442 which would be very very hard to vote against. Instead it will be just another 4-2-3-1 with some great things going for it but not as cohesive as the other side.
