Top 4 race / race abandoned (or maybe not) / Leicester & Chelsea in the process of bottling it

So 4 wins equals top 4 for Liverpool and the 4 matches are against 4 sides with nothing to play for. Very much Liverpools top 4 place to lose and can't blame anyone else but themselves if its not achieved.
We've started well. 3 wins to go

But your losing habit has started tonight. I mentioned this earlier in the thread.

19 years as a really uninspiring WUM on here is some effort.

I don't mean to say I told you so. But:

I told you so. I told you so. I told you so. I told you so. I told you so. I told you so. I told you so. I told you so. I told you so. I told you so. I told you so. I told you so. I told you so. Chelsea and Leicester should sue. Utd saved their shittest players for us.

Even their MotM Taylor was meh. Ferguson did not look happy with him from the sidelines. Should have subbed him for Cootes.

Thank feck we’ve already wrapped this up because with how disinterested we looked tonight against fecking Liverpool, I can only imagine the performances we’ll put in for Fulham and wolves.

Hopefully the fans being in gives us something to fight for

Liverpool now favourites. Think there will be a repeat of last year for Leicester City and they will miss out.

Think Burnley's gonna do them in on Saturday. They gave everything tonight and the moment is ripe for a Chris Wood special.

Leicester vs Chelsea is basically a shoot out for champions league and probably a bigger game than the FA Cup final

Yep assuming Liverpool don't do something daft they're getting top 4. A win and a draw will be enough for Leicester but Chelsea need 2 wins

:nervous:

To be fair I think you're definitely safe. It's between us and Leicester.

I must have posted that before the United-Leicester game fully expecting United to, at the very least, avoid defeat in that game and tonight. Typical United, thinking about nobody but themselves.

You didnt tell me anything? I just said you are boring bastard and you are?

I told you so if anything TBH.

Liverpool win their remaining games easily (3:0, 3:1 or so), Leicester lose to Chelsea and that's it. Extra tens of millions to Pool.

I knew everyone where celebrating too early.

If Liverpool win their 3 they are guaranteed it. All easy games.

If Chelsea lose to Leicseter then Liverpool only need to win 2 and draw the other.

Even in their shittest season they look like they are going to make it.

Sobering.

Slightly better than Moyes, and potentially no longer the worst PL defending champions :(
