Me either. All the money in the world and they can't pick one good one. I dont tet my hopes up
The double is on. Optimism for the season restored.Both.
Shouldn't be looking at winning just one,
Spurs, Bilbao.EL, but who would realistically be our toughest opponent in the EL if we were to go all the way?
Possibly also Lazio and FrankfurtSpurs, Bilbao.
Real Sociedad. Haven't seen anything from them in years, but they're spanish...EL, but who would realistically be our toughest opponent in the EL if we were to go all the way?
I dont see it in Lazio, losing steam since 6-0 to Inter (where steamrolled by Braga).EL, but who would realistically be our toughest opponent in the EL if we were to go all the way?
FA Cup - Would mean that Liverpool/City etc don't win it... and I'd also probaly rather we were in the ELthen CL next season - we're not ready for CL football.
The cash for CL football would be good though I suppose.
Sadly this is a financial choice
the FA cup offers a nice memory and nowt else

Maybe I'm alone in it but winning a European competition just feels big to me even if it's the second rung.
I reckon I'd probably start to lose interest at the conference league but I'd be delighted with the Europa League.
nah of course its exciting. It's not quite on the same level for me as beating City at Wembley will always be better than a team like Ajax where there's less history but it's great to win any trophyDo people not think winning the Europa League is also a really exciting thing?

It's guaratanteed additional income, the more you make the more you can spend - ok it's slightly more complicated than that but that's the basic premise of itPractically speaking. Europa. Can't underestimate what the CL revenue will do for our ability to strengthen in the summer.
