Heh? How?No thanks. His teams play boring football and he's been a disaster-class for Bayern. Would literally prefer McKenna or Carrick. Tuchel is going to be just another expensive mistake imo.

Which ETH signings would be binned by a new manager in your opinion? Any manager will be happy to work with the likes of Malacia, Martínez, Mount, Onana, and Hojlund.Another managers signings that two years down the line another manager will have to accommodate. At some point we’ve got to give someone time to shape a squad. Or at least replace one manager with a similar one
This is also true.We are having completely new structure where manager is not in charge of transfers. And Tuchel is one of those managers who doesn't insist to have "his players". He is more a coach than old school manager.

Hoeness has not done enough damage already?Tweet

I thought there was a chance he stays in Munich but after reading this, the situation is probably not salvageable
Mount and James were dead certs. Not players in need of specialised development. That's why he binned the likes of Tomori & preferred to send the Colwill's on loan. Plus didn't do much to help Pulisic or Hudson-Odoi kick on with potential. The same accusation the Bayern hierarchy are giving him Tel, Davies, Musiala etc. He also isn't interested in much that goes below the first team. Above all he is way confrontational.I wouldn't mind seeing him here, wouldn't be super excited either. But think he would be an upgrade on EtH.
Why do you say that though? In fairness, I haven't followed his record enough, but he was more than willing to play Mount and James ar Chelsea, and they improved massively under him?
At this point I am taking Potter to get away from Ten Hag, and I rate Tuchel much more highly than Potter! This is probably an awful time to answer this question because right now I’d take Tuchel in a heartbeat just to get away from ETH.
Hoeness is a clown and Bayern are called Hollywood FC for a reason.Hoeness has not done enough damage already?

Sure, but for me what is a con is that he seems to be a common denominator in clubs that get a bit fed up of the managers behaviour.Tuchel is a head coach not a manager. He won't come in and demand certain players. He will of course recommend certain areas that need reinforcements. The new management have made it clear that we will no longer depend on the manager for recruitment, ironically your post is a pro for Tuchel not a con.
They actually do. Few of the sucesfull ones pick a manager who will leave them in dire trouble in a few years. That is why the likes of Mourinho have found such jobs less and less open to them. They prefer continuity along a particular footballing path. Being quick to rectify it if they pick the wrong man to keep driving in the direction they desire. At this point, why even think long term. Most of the elite clubs don't. .....
A good manager and 3-4 quality signings might get us top 4 next season, but this squad is one of the worst we have had in the PL. I doubt ETH is the manager to get us forward. He believed that Mount was the player our midfield needed last summer...He is better than EtH but I'm not sure he could work any wonders with this team.
And at this stage we really need a miracle worker.
Totally agree, I mean watching Chelsea right now and I think, yeah they aren't great but they seem to be on the verge of it, they don't seem to be missing too much so that everything will fall into place for them to compete for top spots again, not so with us. Whenever I watch us I feel like I'm watching a really not so great football team that is closer to mid table performance wise than they are to a top 4 spot.A good manager and 3-4 quality signings might get us top 4 next season, but this squad is one of the worst we have had in the PL. He's mean to people sometimes. In what way ?
Managers get sacked, it's part of the game. Our fanbase is the only one that treats managerial sackings as the ultimate offense and black mark on one's career.I don't know much about him but
Sacked at Dortmund
Left due to a falling out at PSG
Sacked at Chelsea
Going to be sacked at Bayern
Doesn't fill me with confidence
To be fair, the sacking at Chelsea is widely regarded as one of the dumbest moves a club had made in recent times.I don't know much about him but

Why are you including just the negative stuff, what about;I don't know much about him but

Believe he left Dortmund in a dispute about transfers, which was also partially a reason why he was let go at Chelsea. His personality aside, he’s consistently delivered an above 60% winning percentage at each of the past four big clubs he’s managed. The question for Ratcliffe and his executive team is how much latitude the next manager will have in terms of transfers and technical staff.I don't know much about him but

To be honest, the only thing that really stands out there is the CL at Chelsea.Why are you including just the negative stuff, what about;
German equivalent of the FA cup at dortmund
2 x Ligue 1 titles
CL at Chelsea
Bundesliga at Bayern.
There are only four managers who reached a CL semifinal with three (or more) clubs: Ancelotti, Guardiola, Mourinho and Tuchel. I think that stands out, more than the achievements listed before. To be honest, the only thing that really stands out there is the CL at Chelsea.
LVG was very obviously past his best and I'd argue Mourinho clearly was too, although he did have a title winning team with Chelsea. Tuchel could be past his best but it's probably not crazy to think his peak is yet to come, something you wouldn't argue for LVG or Mourinho.I'd be worried it's another coach past his best like LVG and Jose.
They're closing in on a CL trophy so hard to make the case he's past it.I'd be worried it's another coach past his best like LVG and Jose.
Even if he walked the league the same fans will be calling it a farmers league anyway. They're closing in on a CL trophy so hard to make the case he's past it.
Also, something like 10k Bayern fans have signed a petition to keep him at Bayern, which suggests the fan base are still behind him despite a poor league year.
They should be calling for his job given that they're accustomed to winning the league every year. The fact that they aren't is a good sign in terms of his relationship with the fanbase.Even if he walked the league the same fans will be calling it a farmers league anyway.
