Is our squad tailored even compatible for his 3-4-3 formation. For instance, we don't have any wing backs. Not sure what Bruno's role will be as well. Having said that, he is an elite coach and in his prime. We'll be lucky to get him.
He is well known for tinkering with his formations. Tuchel isn't married to his 343, it's just the formation he thought would fit Chelsea's squad best.
