Television Tho Prop Grops Throps

So happy to have Angle in this role. He could have amazing comedy segments with a whole batch of Raw stars.
Will be a nce break from the evil ruling authority crap weve had for years.

No Finn today is my guess.

If he were to return & interrupt Brock then this would be a show closer.

Heyman trying to sell the crowd on Brock vs Roman, but crowd wanting Balor lol.

Braun vs Brock interests me much much more than Reigns vs Brock

It pisses me off seeing part timers like Brock as champion. He isn't even that great nowadays.

Finn to replace Jericho then?

Personally I'd prefer Angle to fill in and teach them a lesson :wenger:

They need to troll everybody and have Roman be Seths partner.

Whats good with this crowd?

I do like the Cesaro/Sheamus chant, but I think the Raw after mania crowd has kinda jumped the shark.
It used to be good but now the whole "they cheer or they normally boo and vice versa" stuff and the actual fans try too hard at times.
I like stuff like their interaction in the first segment, but then didnt like the beachball mania stuff tbh especially for a good match like Neville vs Ali. (when it was Orton vs Sheamus match 2034232 years ago, it was a good way to rant).

Anyway, so far, this has been a good Raw. Much better than last years Raw after Mania.

For sure, I just don't understand the deal with the random chants.

Last time we saw Balor, he was forfeiting the title and Rollins was laughing at him.
All forgiven? :wenger:

AJ to Raw next week would make a Bullet Club reunion!

Four former NXT champs main eventing Raw. Needed HHH as guest ref I guess.

Hardly any love in here for The Revival? One of the highlights last night. Great to see IMO the best tag team in wrestling finally up on the main roster, although I've got zero confidence they won't completely ruin them. Other highlights:

- Great to have Balor back
- Reigns was brilliant for the opening of Raw
- Emma was the star of the night, she's fecking pure gold
- Neville with one of the moments of the night after that shit show of a crowd spent the entire match ignoring the actual action and trying to get themselves over
- On that topic, I love me a hot crowd but ones like these are a mixed bag, you get some awesome reactions but then a lot of shit thrown in, Cruiserweight match being a great example. They try too hard to get themselves over nowadays and so often lose focus on the actual talent

Also I'm going to be honest, I think they're going to ruin The Hardy's. I'm always willing to get things time but so far it feels like they've completely stripped away everything that made Matt Hardy relevant again. They should have come in and been completely over the top like they have been since the broken Matt stuff started. It's a matter of time before they'll become stale as feck if the company decides to just have them as yet another basic tag team. Give them ridiculous backstage skits, let them have crazy stipulated matches, let them talk every week. It's not the ring work that made them both as over as they've become, it's the character work and bizarre over the top skits. You strip that away and you strip away all of the magic and that's honestly what I fear they're going to do with them.

I was laughing when they were chanting beach ball mania but it was a shame because the match was actually quite good.

Have the crowd ever had a reaction to Neville? He's cleary one of the most talented in the ring but that mangled Geordie accent doesn't help with his promos and the cruiserweights generally seem a bit out of place on Raw.

Thought they handled the Roman situation perfectly in the opening segment, let the crowd boo him, and have Roman just soak it in. His mannerisms were all very heelish from the moment he walked out, just hope they keep him away from Brock for a little bit.

Angle as GM is brilliant. His comedic timing is amazing, great to have him back.

WTF has happened with Jinder Mahal. When did he suddenly become so massive?
