Thats feckin awesome. This is the stuff they should be doing with Reigns. He talks much better, he comes of as genuine They should be airing stuff like this on Raw. It would be so much better, so much more natural.

Agreed. It's the scripted shit that he has trouble with.

Also, Reigns getting boo'd isn't directly because of Bryan (If Bryan had still been in the Rumble - Reigns would still have been boo'd I imagine)... it's because, quite simply, people... and especially wrestling fans in particular (and even more so in Philly) do not like things forced on them, especially when it's fairly apparent they're not quite ready. There has to be some sort of organic (even if it's entirely manufactured - and it can be manufactured if the WWE were smart about it) feel to it - especially these days, and I'm truly amazed that the WWE haven't worked this out.

For instance, if Ambrose or Ziggler would have won, those boo's would have disappeared... I'm not trying to justify the fan reaction - personally I think it's a bit OTT - but yeah, it's not just a case of Bryan or nobody!

If they wanted Reigns to win, they should have turned him - again, how they can be so out of touch is beyond me.

Oh - and they've only themselves to blame really - they've been feeding Reigns shit for weeks. Totally hindered him.

Reigns needs to drop the SWAT top to help his look. He can keep the SWAT trousers and boots, but it's not a main event look and it'd just look silly against someone as real as Lesnar. Interested to see what happens on RAW tonight with this weird show.

Yeah, definitely, all Reigns needs to do is drop the vest, although, he's not actually that impressive physically as far as his torso is concerned and so I think maybe they're protecting his imagine a little until he can beef up and cut.

Oh well, another chance to watch the amazing title match last night i suppose

I can't get over how great it was - just fantastic. I mean, Brock looked and was amazing, but fair fecks to Cena and Rollins - who do so much to make the big man look great.

There's no way the main event of Mania can live up to that - Reigns isn't on the level of a Cena or Rollins to make it work, plus Lesnar matches generally aren't as fun when he doesn't have anyone to rag doll around. WWE should probably try insert either Cena or Rollins into it if they want to make it work... in fact, Cena wouldn't be a terrible idea, though he's locked in with Rusev now.

I know he wasn't all that impressive when he was Leakee down in NXT, but surely that won't be the case anymore. The man seems to love the gym.

I really want a (good) heel turn for Cena. Drop the good guy look and fight the authority spade for spade. A guy pushed to limits breaks down and fights evil with evil. Zigger can keep up the being good camp, whilst Cena goes beast mode (and maybe beats Lesnar) as Heyman said before the TLC.

We all want a Cena heel turn but the WWE crowd being at least 60% kids who live him ensures that won't happen. We all know this.

Why not insert Rollins into the match as a triple threat? The quality of the match would benefit from it and it does not look like Rollins and Lesnar is over.

I don't get why Vince says Cesaro doesn't connect with the fans yet pushes Reigns.

Cesaro was starting to last year and then they out the blue pair him up with Heyman.

Reigns should have been pushed like Batista was initially. I do feel sorry for him.

I still dont get why they brought back Bryan before the rumble though. Why not keep him until after Rumble and make the announcement he might be retiring or not after? It made no sense.

Anyway, seeing the eliminations, there was no drama. Ryback, Rusev, Wyatt, Ziggler, Ambrose. They were all pretty much dumped out near the end like trash. Mostly by Big Show and Kane rofl.

Good point on Bryan. If he was going to be irrelevant at the Rumble, they should have delayed his return. Vince probably felt like they could do with the star power.

At the end of the video I've linked below you can see that Reigns is really cut up over the crowds reaction to his win. He tries to brush it off but looks devastated.

I feel really sorry for the guy.

He came off really good on that interview! Why dont they let him talk like that on the shows, it seems likely to me that he is being force fed lines by the writers. Like I said, I dont have a problem with Roman winning the rumble and possibly winning the title at mania, I dont think hes ready for it yet but I dont mind it either.

That's quite random. I think Cena's going be the guy to beat Rusev but why do the match at Fast Lane rather than Mania?

I think it's so they can have Rusev beat Cena at Fast Lane, then Cena wins the rematch at Wrestlemania - where it "matters."

I just remembered lesners broken rib. That's how reigns is going to beat him isn't it?

What makes you think that? It's not like Roman's finish is the Spear or anything.

Its pretty obvious Rollins cashes in anyway so the outcome is irrelevent..Rollins is the future

If you think the Rollins is winning the strap at Mania then

How long you been waiting for the perfect opportunity to use that excellent gif?

Imagine if they had the royal rumble end as it did with Rock congratulating Reigns, then Rock walks away and turns back for Reigns to spear him.

It would instantly have given Reigns massive heel heat (considering he was already an unpopular winner). He could then cut a promo the next night claiming himself to be better than The Rock ever was etc. Insert a face into a triple threat Mania main event and there you go!

Why are people fantasy booking Reigns as a heel? feck me, dislike him or whatever, but they need to replace Cena from a business point of view.

I think its that people are fed up of WWE trying to decide who people like. Obviously Cena sells a lot of merchandise but IF WWE gave the likes of Bryan and Ziggler a push then they would be massively over and sell a lot. Lots of people didnt want Reigns to win because he is being too forced. When The Rock was forced upon us in the Corporate days he was hated, until he was allowed to be his natural self. Similarly Austin got over through his own endeavour

LOL at the implication Bryan isn't pushed. He's was hugely pushed for 6 months prior to Mania last year and didn't draw a dime. Stephanie McMahon wrestling was a bigger draw.

Ziggler gets chance after chance and acts a dick. As well as regularly being the biggest disappointment on the card. Why would they push that?

Watched his promo from the last Smackdown, as well as his delivery from last night's RAW show. Nothing wrong with it. No less charismatic and clear than most of Orton's stuff. No point going out of the way to point the fault in Reigns' delivery whilst giving others a free pass. Ok, it's not gripping delivery, but it's clear, serious and the point.

face to face with Lesnar was good, too.

Except Orton is one of the sharpest wrestlers I've ever seen in ring. If you can't do one well the other has to make up for it.

By having a 5 minute title reign, being beaten down every week, getting turned heel, losing to Wyatt at the Rumble and being set up for a rematch with Sheamus? Yeah, okay. That's exactly the same as what Reigns is getting.

The shows they put on are really shit and everyone's realizing it, they've been hemorrhaging viewers year after year.
