Television Tho Prop Grops Throps

Having HHH and Stephanie be these two invincible, untouchable authority figures is just repetitive and really, really boring.

It's not like Vince ever got humiliated on TV every week, is it? Oh wait...
 
Imagine the Austin/McMahon feud without Stone Cold ever stunnering Vince, or jumping off that Zamboni onto him, or driving his beer truck into the arena, or becoming the CEO etc etc.

You'd get a dull, one-sided authority angle like this one.
 
He's not there tonight. Cena is up next and Bryan vs Batista will be finishing and I'd guess as they only have half an hour left that Bryan vs Batista is going to be quite short with some interference.
 
By stacking the early part of the show they've tired out the crowd, a few dull matches now to get them back for the main event essentially.

Taker is there it was put on the site that he'd be there tonight, I hope the fans tear Cena apart.

I wonder if they will do an Evolution Re union to end the show with Bryan vs Batista. No idea how that would leave the main event for Mania but after that HHH/Bryan promo, that would be a fitting ending.

Well if Taker is there, they don't have much time left. Cena will take 10 minutes minimum with this.
 
Well, neither Bryan or Batista is out and there is 10 minutes left, so this is not going to be much of a match. Bound to be some form of interference so hopefully something big coming up.

It wasn't. Punk and Batista are buddies in real life, they used to chase tail together. Punk left either because he wants to main event Maia or as a protest against the paycut wrestlers are due to receive with PPV's being on the network.

Punk was against he idea simply due to the fact that he spent 4 years away and came back out of wrestling shape and was given the main event spot at mania. Nothing to do with being friends.
 
Same old ending. Bryan double teamed and beaten down.

Pretty much confirms that HHH vs Bryan is a cert and Punk is not coming back.

Don't know where that leaves the main event but I don't see Bryan in it and I can't see who else they can add to the match. Leaves open the possibility of him doing two matches I suppose but I am not convinced. By the same logic, Orton and Batists are both heels so surely cannot just face each other.

Anyone with any guesses?

Again, no, at a comic con in December he was asked about Batista coming back and he said he's friends with him and fine with Batista being back because he's back full time. Punk going away has literally nothing to do with Batista being back.
